Absolutely wonderful quality, service, and ambiance! Probably the best place in the area for great-quality omakase sushi at a great price. Tempura and shiso peppers were also very yummy. This is a restaurant I am happy to support!

Did omakase at the sushi bar and it was the best value omakase ever! $50 for 11 pieces and 10 different types of sushi. It was delicious and I highly recommended. Great prices on beer as well!

We heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the drive over
The place is small and it does get busy
But what it lacks in size it makes up in menu. The food here is amazing, we had the Sashimi. The pieces where cut thin in the sauce. We loved how they seasoned the pieces and miso soup
They did also have draft beer which hit the spot

Compared to the neighboring competition this place lacks finesse with the rice, too sweet. The fish size is too small for the price. The chefs are Korean here not Japanese if that matters to you.
Taste is above par but I feel that they would have more people if they increased their value. Either give a bigger piece of fish with same quality or lower the price a little. There is no reason for me to come here other than wait time at Oshima.
Dear owner, the taste is there! Just need to market more value to your competition.

Other than the AC being weak af this place is quite alright with a generously well priced $39 Omakase. Chef was very attentive. Quality of fish was excellent. A wonderful experience.

Really good restaurant, came in with my dad and autistic brother and one of the waiters was so Friendly and Awesome (interactive) with my autistic brother which I loved
Name of the waitress is Andrew; 5/5 service from Andrew, he recommended some delicious plates for my dad I and WE LOVED IT.
We ordered 2 hand rolls, omakase, green crunch roll and more! Also green tee is good!

Really one of the best deals in So Cal for an Omakase experience. We wanted to dine at the sushi bar, and originally telling us it was a half hour wait. This was Friday night, so we thought it wasn’t a big deal. It ended up being about 5 minutes. Between the two of us we had one sushi and one sashimi omakase. The fish and seafood were just lovely. The sushi omakase is a decent amount for the price which is soup, edamame, salad, 9 pieces nigiri and hand roll. The sashimi omakase is almost double the price and double the amount of seafood pieces with a bowl of rice. Decor is simple, and service is really friendly. We miss places like this. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area again.

Too normal. This sushi restaurant gears for local novice sushi eater only. If you are planning to eat exotic fish or mussels, this is not a right sushi restaurant. The price is also pricey.

Sit at the bar and get the omakase it's so worth it for the price. And this place has one of the best toro I've ever had it's comparable to more expensive sushi restaurants. Unfortunately, I don't think the full set would satisfy someone who's really hungry as it's not a lot of food so I suggest getting appetizers. I suggest the salmon collar.

Fresh and delicious sushi - see photos. Ask the chef if you have anything in particular you'd like to order and he will get it for you. Dont know what to order, omakase is all you need to say - 9 pcs of nigiris, a roll, and soup - all for $31.00.
