La Casita OC is my favorite potato tacos ever and chicken pozole. The Horchata is delicious along with everything else I have ever ordered. I have eaten here since I was a child and the family members of new have stepped it up yet again for me and the guest I send this way. Do not let the old house on a busy street fool you. This place is off the hook with love of food and old country authentic cooking.

Great food! It's very fresh and made to order. Small simple home cooking. Staff and management were all extremely friendly! Coming back for sure, especially for comedy night. (Please have more!!)
My new favorite restaurant in Orange! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff friendly and welcoming. They made a dish for us off the menu to accommodate the cravings of my 10 year old...she was in heaven.

This place was an amazing experience, a hidden gem in OC. We actually got invited to go there with a couple of friend that have been there before on comedy night and we went there a few times after and ofcourse whenever we feel like authentic Mexican food this is are spot to go to. The owners there are so friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave. Everytime the experience gets better and better. The food is so tasty and has this twist of freshness to it and zestyness to that we tried a few other places in OC but this place tops them all. Btw their menchaladas are of the hook. We will be back again again that is for sure!!!
Their beer batter shrimp and fish tacos are really good. We asked the veggie on the side and they forgot to give to us, we returned to the store to pick it up, they gave us 2 pork cheese tacos on the house. They also tastes good.
Very friendly and present service. It was strange; while eating the burrito, It almost felt like the burrito was made by magic. I have never had a burrito that tasted so good. I was not impressed with the size, I like HUGE burritos. But I will say that I have never in my life had a burrito that tasted as good as what they made. Burritos are basically the only thing I order from Mexican Restaurants. If they start making burritos in my preferred size of MUCHO GRANDE MAS! Which is about 5 inches thick and 8 inches long. They will be, hands down, My favorite Mexican Restaurant!

The food is really good. The hours of operation are strange. You should call ahead to make sure they're open before you go there and find out otherwise. Lately the service has been slipping. I really want this place to succeed so I'll continue to support it since I live in the area.
We are from Denver and always visit La Casita when we are in Orange. We called from the airport to see if they were still going to be open and stayed open a few extra minutes just to help us out. Delicious. Friendly. Great!
