El Pollo Loco

Well, this is a new platform for voicing my El Pollo Loco experience. Leopoldo did a great job of taking care of business. Great tunes were glazing the air. Then I saw the golden brown chips that seemed like a great foretelling of what was to come. My Tacos were great. The chicken was moist, classically flavored El Pollo way. With a wonderful char grilled envelope and just the right combo of cilantro and onion. All was zen when they received a little bath of avocado salsa. Hmmmmm. The chips didn't didn't fail this flavor concerto. Wow, as crazy as it might sound, those great tune took back seat to very young Stevie Wonder's Up tight and Outa sight". And believe me, this food brought back very fond memories of that great song, wonder artist, and beach memories. All right, up tight,and outta sight.

Employees need to know empathy, don't act like they care about customers'satisfaction as well as that if you see someone struggling what to get instead of pushing them to get their food they should help them make a decision, but I guess it's because a lot of pressure or they just want to leave. I don't know I'm just making assumptions, but no good rating here for them.. ahh you deserve it 🙀🤔 just think about your money is worth getting good help. Obviously!

Terrible counter help (didn’t know anything about app or my e-card purchase) and night manager that evening was very short with me and condescending AF but hey it makes me feel like NEVER coming back to this location again… EVER! El Pollo Loco has AWESOME chicken but not great helpful help and you can quote me on this. Pic summited today was from a previous day I was able to use a couple and to get what I actually came for but on the other evening I left hungry and empty handed because manager was telling me how they were closing soon and had to make the purchase online and I was trying to in his presence on their app, using their WI-FI but their is faulty at BEST! Enough said… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER!
