Rekindle Cafe

This was an amazing coffee shop and wished it was closer because I would actually go every week! Just the baked good section alone was just amazing and they had these huge cookies on display. It was honestly hard to find something I wanted because I wanted half of what they had. The drinks too were very good, I finished my drink and it was a large and usually a large is way too much for me and usually takes me the whole day to finish it. I got the coconut cream and you can adjust it to your liking. I can't tolerate coffee that's strong so I had one less espresso shot and it was so yummy. I got the CCO artisan sandwich and it comes with a bag of chips. Even their selection of chips was so good. This was the best sandwich I've ever had and the other ones looked yummy too. I was able to take my dog with me because there's a few outdoor seating up in front. This was such a cute shop and I can't wait to go back when I'm in the area.

A cozy little coffee shop with some killer desserts. Rekindle is connected to a small strip mall that had a decent amount of parking when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Coming into the shop, there were some limited bar style counter seats on the inside and some tables outside. It was a bit busy when I got there as something else to be mindful of on the weekend. After looking over the menu for a bit, I ended up get a DIY sandwich, a wild cucumber tea, and a pumpkin scone. One thing I learned at the cafe was that the desserts are made in-house and think they shine as one of my favorite parts. There's a lot to choose from including cookies, pastries, and cakes. I ended up eyeing the pumpkin scone and was so glad I did. It had great flavor; not overly sweet; and was nice and crunchy on the outside/soft on the inside. Absolutely loved it. The drinks are also pretty numerous with special seasonal drinks like a witch's brew to iced teas which is what I ended up getting with less sweetener. The wild cucumber had some notes of blueberry and cucumber mixed into a black tea. It was super refreshing! Finally, the DIY sandwich had a ton of options. I mixed in turkey with chipotle sauce, pepperoncinis, and a host of veggies. Took a little long to make but was super delicious and filling when it came out. It also came with a side of chips you can choose. A fun stop - hope to come by again soon!

Update: 9/22/2023 Rekindle really cares about their customers. After a minor mishap last week, the owner, Rebecca, called me personally to apologize. She brought me into the store, along with the manager, Peyton sat down and talked with me. She along with the employees were very apologetic with a complimentary drink, pastries, and a giftcard. It was a sweet reminder as to why I absolutely love this shop. I will continue to tell everyone about it. It'll quickly become your favorite, too! I’ve never had complaints about this place till today, I always order an iced matcha fog, and was told by the brunette cashier with the no rim glasses that it would be too long to make and was given attitude when I still asked for it. When I paid she turned to the blonde hair blue eyed barista and they both laughed at the fact that that’s what I asked for.

Love stopping at Rekindle whenever I am in the area. They always have a great (and rotating) selection of bakery items and specialty drinks. I've only tried a few of the baked goods (I'm mostly there for the coffee), but what I have had were delicious. There is a lot of care that goes into the food and coffee. Parking is a bit tough in front, but there is a decent sized lot behind that is shared with other businesses.

This place is amazing their cookies are fresh and sandwiches and everything else order the banana creme pie blended. The boyfriend got his latte we ordered their avocado toast with egg and gluten free snicker doodle cookie is so good and so yummy it breaks so evenly and smoothly. So much goodness in every bite then the red velvet cookie is so good as well. Ugh need to warm it up so you can enjoy it more. The staff is very friendly welcoming the girls that assisted us today are always a pleasure. Their really dedicated and super welcoming. If you are ever in the area go check them out I personally think that this place is better the Starbucks the freshest place to eat.
