Stopped in for a coffee while shopping and had an enjoyable experience. The staff were good and they made our drinks the way we wanted. The restaurant was spacious as well with indoor and outdoor seating.

Went about noon. Barista gets the 5 stars. The cashier was polite. Dining room could be cleaner but I understand since they seem to be busy most of the time. Batista added sugar into my drink upon request even after I had been presented with my order and with a smile, the drink was fabulous but her actions spoke loud.

This Starbucks makes the best drink based on my experiences. Not only they have the best cold brew, but also the best customer service! Other Starbucks often give me a hard time when I try to order an iced brewed tea, but not them. The drinks also always come out great even when they’re busy.

This is the Starbucks in the Orange outlet mall which is the best centrally located outlet mall in Southern California. They have Last Call, Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack so you can easily save thousands here. I've bought five thousand dollar suits for one thousand at this place, so the Starbucks gets that benefit also helped by the fact that the "MALL FOOD" choices here are pretty grim.

Love how nice it is lots of sitting and it is cozy the employees are very polite and good with my kids when they come. Would prefer this one over some others. They have messed up my order but were very fast to apologize and fix it. The employee even said I can take my tip back. I didn't as they fixed the drink and that is all I wanted. Service was great.

The team working this morning Jennifer, Drew, Alex are amazing!! They greet you with their angelic faces and smiles . I enjoy getting my coffee here every morning just because of their customer service. I have never seen such humble, gorgeous human beings. They even go above and beyond to fix a mistake done by another Starbucks. (More Starbucks should have employs like this) ❤️❤️🙌

Maria is the best. She was so kind and patient. The line was out the door but she still took her time to ask us how our day was. Not only that but joked with us and made it a great experience. Drinks were great too.
