Excellent southwest omelet with FRESH ingredients like avocado, shredded beef, and food that you expect from more upscale places. Pancakes were amazing also. Highly recommended!

It was good, waitress was very friendly and accommodating. It was very crowded and no social distancing. Had to wait 45 minutes for a table as they had a young teen sitting the guest. Once we asked the manager we were seated after 6 minutes.

In town for Vacation with friends and this IHOP, “Let Me Tell You”. We called the order in drove up to the IHOP walked inside and the food was ready. staff was pleasant we enjoyed coming inside even during COVID we felt comfortable being inside with our mask on.. We didn’t eat inside but even to pick up the order. Everyone loved the pancakes.. Thank you for making this a great experience..

Horrible waiting time, ( granted I came in on a Saturday but still took a long time to get service ) here steak taste sweet, and looks like dead flesh chunks that have been sitting in the freezer for 4 years. Hash browns are fine, eggs ok, but customer service is also bad. I had an empty cup 40% of the time and finally, it should be replaced with bob evans, who I have had very positive experiences with

Fruit looks to have mold on it. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for to-go order because they were not managing their kitchen properly. People had to wait at least an hour just to sit in an empty dining room.

Only one bad experience ever since living in Jacksonville and eating at this location. Other then that, the service is great, my cup stays full of sweet tea lol and they have the best omelettes out if all the locations I have ate it in the surrounding areas.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Upon arrival, no one came with my order. After waiting for minutes, I went inside and my order wasn't ready even though I arrived on the prescribed time and 10 minutes over. Went back into my car and after 20 minutes I called the restaurant and the order was ready but no one was aware. The delivery employee was lost finding my car even though I was parked right in front of the entrance on the designated parking for curbside pick up. It is why my one star review. For the lack of service. The star is for the food.

Busy place does tell you something. Great food, standard fare for a pancake house. You do get plenty to eat and it has always been delicious. My family and I love IHOP.
