In this day and age, it is imperative that we protect each other, even if it means wearing a mask at places of work, especially if it's a food business. Not one person wore a mask at this Arby's location. I wanted to address this with Arby's customer support, and I can't even get an agent on the phone after being on hold for 10 minutes. I thought Arby's would care a little bit, but this really shows, both through their employees and corporate system. Thanks for not caring about people's health.

This place seems to have changed the way they prepare a roast beef sandwich. No shaved beef all crumpled up and piled high but rather thick slices layered upon each other. It sucks

I'm a huge fan of a good turkey sandwich.....as we know Arby's is heavily promoting the Deep Fried Turkey. I dash over to Arby's Wells Rd Orange Park FL... Sandwich alone $6 & absolutely not worth the hype... Salty & sloppy..... Awful Totally disappointed.... Update.. I revisited this location & it was a much better experience. I would like to thank the customer service team for all you did to a Lil ole customer like myself.

Pretty good food and service. The the roast beef dry but sauce helped that issue. They handed us part of our order at the drive-thru window and it took almost 7 minutes to get the drinks.
