Chronic Tacos

We found this to be a wonderful place. Our burritos were custom built to our specifications as we watched. My wife went with a bowl-ritto while I stuck to a small size conventional model. If you can't get a great tasting taco or burrito here, it's your own fault. Because YOU direct the design & construction of your meal.

Was curious to try a new restaurant, sorry to say my enthusiasm was far better than my food. I got a small chicken burrito, chips and salsa. The salsa was very bland no seasoning and the burrito was the same. My husband got the surf and turf burrito that lacked seasoning as well. Hot salsa or should we say pico it was not. Cleanliness of the fountain bar and the tubs that hold the product was not in good shape either. Only good thing about this restaurant were the chips by themselves. Based off of this experience I would not recommend it and will never eat here again.

We came about 6 minutes until closing. We did not realize how close we were cutting it. The employees were extremely helpful and happy to take our order. We have several questions since we have dietary restrictions (VEGAN) and they helped point us in what would work for us. We ended up with a veggie Burrito bowl and a Veggie Burrito. All of the ingredients we fresh and the veggies were cooked very well. We will definitely make it back to this location when we visit the beach.

I cannot rave enough about chronic tacos and in particularly Dawn for the catering of our wedding! We wed on June 11th on Perdido beach and when we arrived back to our penthouse everything was set up amazingly beautiful and so efficiently! She kept in contact with us days before the wedding to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that we weren’t to stress. Thank you SO much Dawn, again for aiding in our beautiful day! I highly recommend Chronic Tacos and their catering expertise!

Some of the food wasn’t terrible but Taco Bell can do as well as them but there’s no reason that the floors are filthy where the workers stand. They serve it like chipotle style but the only difference is half of the food is on the floor. Greasy floors, tables aren’t cleaned, every trash can is overflowing and some of the fountain drinks are out of order. They have beer on tap but didn’t have any fresh kegs. Windows are gross, bathrooms need maintained. We’re shocked their still in business and the food department hasn’t shut them down.

Place is dirty. Bathroom was gross and the dining room floor was covered in trash and food. Tables had random trash and food on it. Food was not great. My surf and turf burrito was passable for food. Got tacos as well which had there Pico, their Pico is sooooo watery which makes the flour wraps soggy. Not impressed at all. I'd skip this place in a heartbeat and just do taco bell.

Best Burritos! Really good food. I recently came to the restaurant, towards closing and they were out of grilled veggies and not many condiments were not in stock. I’m used to this place being packed and was surprised to see it was not. Probably it was because the restaurant was not as clean as I was used to seeing it and the staff was not as friendly. I had to grab our own cups after paying. I gave this restaurant a 5 star before, but because of the cleanliness I gave it a 4. The food was still delicious. My mom ate it for the first time and she loved it too.
