Took 30 minutes in line to even place my order. At the speaker they make you wait around 5 minutes before the take orders. It’s certainly a new meaning to fast food. The line of cars was very long and there literally is no one waiting for food in front of me whilst I’m at the speaker. The manger here needs firing and getting in some one with clout to get things moving. Totally disgusting.

The worst Mcdonalds in the history of McDonalds. No one to take your order - you have to do it yourself on a touch screen, which is stressful and confusing. No cash accepted. I wasn't given a receipt - so not sure my order even took. The chicken sandwich was old - not the worst ever, but it only fit half the bun and definitely not fresh. The workers were rude and playing on their cell phones the entire time while handling food. No wonder we were the only people dining in.

This McDonald's location has remodeled its lobby for kiosk ordering only. There is no cashier. I am perplexed why they would do that at this location as Collegedale is the melting pot of nationalities due to Volkswagen and its suppliers. There isn't a time I've been there when someone with limited English proficiency cannot understand understand how the kiosk works and requires help. Perhaps this is due to limited staffing, but this McDonald's offers little in the way of customer service. A disappointing direction for this company.

Waited for about ten minutes. The only time the drive thru line moved was when cars gave up and left. I cannot actually confirm that this is a McDonald's restaurant -- because the establishment was neither serving, nor selling anything. However, the building is definitely a McDonald's building.

The staff was not attentive to anyone in the lobby. The man who ordered 5+ minutes ahead of me was upset it was taking so long for the milk shakes for his kids. Then they try to give him 6 milk shakes on the counter no tray no carry out container. Then my turn and they ask me what my order is (mind you we all had to order from the kiosk) I ordered a basket of fries, a Dr Pepper and a fudge sundae. My basket of fries was more like a medium fries it was very small they were not warm. They got me diet instead of regular dr p and I swear the ice cream thing is shrinking and the price going up. Then the lady that ordered after me was fussing how nobody was at the grill making anything and 5 employees were just laughing and not even doing anything at all by the drive through window. Nobody was wearing gloves. I won’t be returning this was a rare thing for me I just wanted fries.

Asked for a happy meal hamburger plain. Person taking my order cant hear or understand so when I pulled up I just said making sure you got that plain. Got pulled up to the next window.a hair on my kids burger
