Krystal

Had several issues while here from register to staff. Took 38 minutes to get our food (no one in line in front of us). 3 people left while we were here. Touched food with bare hands and GENERAL manager argued saying thats what they are suppose to do. I went outside after the manager was so rude and my husband waited. 10 minutes later I went back in to see what was going on and they claimed they gave our food away! Said WE left. Only I walked out and my husband was at the counter the whole time. They were extremely rude to an elderly man there as well. The manager finally fixed our food after refusing to refund money, and still made it wrong and offered absolutely nothing for our trouble.

Food was prepared when ordered and correct. The FF we're lacking in appearance but had very good taste... This Krystal is in need of a landscaping job for the outside and a good cleaning of the dining room. It looked as if a massive crowd had come and gone when we arrived.. The condiment stand was a wreck needing cleaned and stocked. Also the coolers were out of ice. They had to take our cups to the kitchen to get ice. Normally we would not have stayed but grandkids wanted Krystal and no matter what they are always good... We came back and dining room was nice everything was stocked. It's like I said you can't go wrong with Krystal... They are always Great

If they offer lunch anytime, then why get upset when someone orders a lunch item in the morning. Manager informed us it would be 15 minutes and that was fine. Took almost 30 minutes with just a few customers in the place. Management did seem to care and actually seemed bothered by the order by the reaction to the order. Poor management skills!!

I hope I can save at least one person from coming here. I had to wait 20 minutes for a low carb bowl and breakfast platter. A little long, but I used to work at this Krystal so I get it. Well of course, what I ordered was wrong. (They put cheese on it). At this point I’m not mad yet. When I take it in to have it replaced they asked me if I said not to put cheese which I did. It was on the receipt. Well then they’re making a new one for me and takes the old food from the first one that was made incorrectly and put it into the new one. I watched her do it. So when it came back to me I pulled it out and told the manager. Pulled out the sausage out of the new one and it had cheese all over it. Got a refund and left. Done with this place for good.

I used to work here, twice actually, always got good food and decent service as a customer, but it has been going down hill for years and is officially rock bottom...three isn't even a shred of decent customer service, the managers and crew sit in there cars half the time "smoking", they have been "out" of several things the last few times I've goneand the food is awful. And don't even try to get any help from the corporate office, they're useless, as is the district manager.

Waiting in the fast food line for over 15 minutes for 3 cheese krystals. After finally getting them and getting home(10 minute drive) they were cold and didnt even seemed cooked as the cheese showed no signs of melting. Then when I called back in they asked for my receipt which I didn't have. Luckily the woman had the receipt in her hand but of course that meant I couldn't give any feedback as I would need the order number/survey number to do that.
