Taco Bell

Stopped to check out those new chicken wings. The dining area was closed. It was still early though. Their drive thru snakes around the back. It is dimly lit from the back all the way to the window. The chicken wings had a good flavorful taste. They have more of a fried make up. Crispy crunchy outer skin. The wings were plump and had meat on them. The seasoning sprinkled on them went well. No disappointment with these. They are priced similar to your other chicken wing spots. Like the others you have to eat quite a few to get full. Since these are still a promotional item. They only come in one size.

absolutely horrible. We come at 12:20 in the drive thru and there’s no response. Online & on their app it says they close at 2 so we pull up and there’s 3 people in there and they completely ignore us. I called them multiple times and there was no response until finally they answered and they said they close at 12. This was already at 1 when they decide to tell me this when they had seen us there the whole time but were just ignoring to tell us anything . I had placed an online order because I seen people in there and I told them this and how I want my money back. They told me that they can’t do anything about that and their closed. I kept saying how I have a confirmation and everywhere online it states you guys are open until 2. But she does not care and simply states “ well we’re closed and the mobile ordering is not our problem.”. I then ask for the manger and she claims to be the “manager”, I then asked “this is how you handle business?”. She ignores me and I think she thinks she hung up because she walks away from the phone and decides to talk trash to her other coworkers thinking she hung up. I just wanted to get the money back that I spent on an online order for this location. Also meanwhile all of this is happening, their “open” light is on the whole time!!! If they were really closed, they should at least turn off the light and post somewhere on the com or door stating the “new hours”. Overall, extremely poorly handled and will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

11:57 May 9 and I pulled up to the drive thru it's closed with a high chair. Your website says Closes at 2am . I called the store to ask why they closed and they just proceeded to tell "Because" . Seems like they don't wanna work .I get it gets slow but a better reason as saying that as in " Just because" is Rude. Please hire people who want to work. I ended up going to In-n-out cus they close at 1am . I really rather have spent my money at taco bell but I guess your losing money for Incompetent Workers . Hope whoever store this is does something about this

Only problem is the same issue affecting the majority of southern California -- homeless. My truck is too tall to fit in the drive-thru. As soon as I was parked I was approached by a homeless guy asking me to buy him food at the El Pollo Loco next door. Nope, as I wasn't headed that was anyways. I was clearly headed for Taco Bell. When I walked out of the Taco Bell the same guy then asked me to give him one of the tacos in my bag. Nope, because the food was dinner for my kids. He wouldn't leave me alone until I gave him something. Fortunately, I had a dollar in my pocket and that seemed to make him content long enough for me to get into my truck and leave. Restaurant management could enforce a no loitering policy to help customers feel welcome there.

Seems like every time I to go to the Taco Bell on 4th street and Vineyard in Ontario Ca there is always an issue. They are closed during business hours claiming staffing issues or they don't have all menu items. One time it was no meat of any kind or they get your order wrong. This time I have literally been stuck in the drive thru line for over a half hour just to be told they don't have what I want to order. I even called the store from the line to see what the issue was. No answer. Got here at about 8:20. It is now 9:17. Finally leaving the drive thru. Worst location ever. Will not come again. And will not recommend.
