It's been nearly 20 years since I used to frequent this Juan Pollo on a semi daily basis, what a pleasure it was to take a trip down memory lane and see that they are still as fantastic as I remember. Their delicious marinade, their great sides... Beats out every chicken place in my area, how much I wish there was one in the AV so I wouldn't have to drive so far for their unique quality of chicken. Keep up the great work and thrive for another 20 years.

I have ordered chicken from this place for a number of years lately I had to take back to over cook meals this last time the manager I believe informed me that because I have eaten some of it the next time she would not give me a Complete return that’s fine but when I got home and ate my chicken I noticed the chicken didn’t seem complete like it was put together in a way to look like a whole chicken I overlooked it and ate my chicken half an hour later I’m in the bathroom and I want to get to Colorful but I believe they did some thing to the chicken buyers beware I’m so sad the posters this

If i could give it zero stars I would. We ordered a bowl & nachos we got dry day old chicken for a Wedensday, do they just cut fresh on the weekends somebody has to take the challenge to find out. Bring ur own salsa if not they plan to charge u .50 for extra. As u can see the pics nachos were missing sour cream, avocado, small cup of beans/cheese was included charge us $13 for nachos alone. The chicken bowl had a good helping of dry chicken, mushed white rice & beans hidden underneath the chicken to conceal the amount of beans if I could make a suggestion train the staff to speak to customers.

Bad bad bad customer service. The lady in the front is very rude ., commands like a real boss ., not friendly at all.
Well 5 days ago I had a horrible experience with customer service but today the JUAN POLLO CORPORATION reach out to me and hear me out the lady was really nice ., she apologize about my experience., makes me feel like honestly they care for the people., I promise myself never again but I try EL POLLO LOCO !!! And no way !!! Juan Pollo Im with you again !!!
