Absolutely delicious food, cozy friendly atmosphere, great menu, super friendly waitresses, can’t recommend enough!
Went for the first time last night. It was busy and every one on the staff was friendly and the entire atmosphere was great.
The waitress inquired if we’d been there before and I had not so she brought a sampler platter to try a few of their menu items. It had applesauce, Cole slaw, collard greens, mashed potatoes and gravy, Cajun corn, Mac salad, bacon Mac n cheese, and smoked baked beans. Everything on the sampler was delicious! And what a great way to make people feel welcome and to experience the menu!
My friend had a BBQ platter with pulled pork and pulled chicken and collard greens and Cole slaw. I had the nachos with pulled pork.
We did not wait long for the food and I was very impressed at the portion sizes.
Highly recommend the nachos! They were absolutely loaded with corn and cheese and beans and pulled pork and sour cream and the original bbq sauce and so delicious!
Overall what a great experience and the food is amazing and the atmosphere is super inviting.
Michelle waited on us, and was amazing!!! I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to our waitress, Michelle. We all enjoyed your delicious food It was our first time here and she was patient with us and very informed about the food and the menu. Right away she offered us samples of their sides which was a nice service as we hadn't been there before. Our food was great but our service was even better.
A friend took me to lunch here. It was very slow, very quiet. Seating was uncomfortable because it has no padding. Service was very quick. Menu was very clear with sooo many options. Presentation of food was very nice. Portions were of decent size. Food was very tasty. Had a microbrew of a beer that had pineapple, mango sour in it. Went perfectly with the sweetness of smoked meats. Dessert was really tasty too. It's a little out of the way but it's definitely worth the trip.
Brisket and pulled pork were great though a bit more would have earned 5 stars. Sweet potato fries were more like desert. The garlic Parm fries were quite good. The seafood bisque was spot on and the service great. Atmosphere was pleasant along the windows but kind of sad against the wall and the place does look a bit worn. The country and Western music seemed out of place for northern New York but it wasn't loud.
Amazing BBQ at reasonable prices and super friendly staff. Seafood is excellent as well! I had seafood bisque with a lobster roll and it was amazing!
We enjoyed our dinner. We've heard good things and decided to check it out. The wings are delicious with Dominic's sauce on it. That's a cross of mild and garlic parm. The smoked mac and cheese and sweet potato tots were very good. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The owner Bob even came around to check on the guests. Our server Tina was excellent. We will be back again.
Great barbecue! Awesome Saturday night prime rib! Appetizers corn bombs, fried cheese curds were great! Staff very attentive and polite. Just an all around great experience
Great BBQ - the staff here are lovely and the food is excellent. Definitely try all of the sides - we had such a hard time picking between them so we got the pit plate with everything on it!
Friends and I meet for dinner at different spots and this was a huge hit. We loved the flight of sides to help us choose and the service was excellent. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone and pulled pork was moist and delicious.
We eat out a lot, in a lot of different states, this is by far the BEST BBQ place we’ve ever been to!!! (And that includes Texas!!) We will definitely be back! The staff here goes above and BEYOND!!! <3 The food is AMAZINGGG!! We can’t wait until next time!
