Iron Chef Buffet

First time here and we won't be back. It's pretty irritating to pay full price for an "All You Can Eat" buffet that's empty. Its like going to a steakhouse paying for a whole steak and only getting 1/3 of it. Sushi advertised but it was completely empty. A man walked up and asked if they were bringing more out and she said no. Of all things, the rice was empty the entire time we were there. Almost everything we ate was stale. I've never supported the idea, but this was definitely a dine and ditch candidate.

The food was delicious and plentiful. If yo go between 4-8pm you will really enjoy it. This is a nice place and great value for $10.99. Nice deserts too. I've ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with the staff. If you are too picky, go pay much more elsewhere. This is a buffet in the country, not Manhattan. Great good at a good price! It beats the he'll out of a diner or McDonald's! Try it...... you will like it.

I went to get sushi but they didn't have any. The website says lunch is 5.99. When I went to counter I told the girl that and that it was a terrible meal. The ribs were hard, sesame chicken mushy, many things lukewarm, fortune cookie stale and found something crunchy in the pudding. She accused me of lying because I didn't want to pay. " have no money say so. No one else complain. You no complain until get bill. You eat 2 plates. I said yes I got two plates but only ate a bite of everything nasty. She pushed me card at me and said she didn't need my few dollars.

I'm very disappointed in how far downhill this buffet has gone. When you think a restaurant has hit the bottom of the barrel in their quality then you here and you learn this place has found a surface below the barrel. Back in the early 2000s and when they competed with ponderosa the food here was decent. These days tho the food is barely edible and will definitely have you visiting the bathroom

They deserve no stars. Everytime I have been in here it has been disgusting. The food is always dried out from the heat lamps and old! I complained about this to their manager who ignored me once and walked away. Then proceeded to tell me that they are closing up and I should have gotten there earlier if I wanted fresher food. Then she threatened to call the cops if I didn't pay. She was VERY rude. They were spraying Windex on the buffet glass windows WHILE THEIR WAS STILL FOOD OUT. Place is terrible. And definitely not following food safety. I will be reporting them to whoever I can in the morning! Save yourself some time and money...do NOT eat here.

Our experience was terrible. I just went to this place with my girlfriend on a Saturday night. They advertise an all-you-can-eat buffet including steamed crab legs and sushi. There were no crab legs when I got there so while I waited, I tried a few other items which were cold. Only after I asked the manager did the kitchen bring out one tray of crab legs which were cold like everything else. This tray of legs was emptied quickly and not refilled. I asked the manager again about refilling the crab legs an she said, with attitude, that they were not going to bring out any more. She added that I should have came earlier because they don't guarantee customers will get crab legs. There was also no sushi in sight. This place is dirty, the food is cold and gross, and the management is uninterested in customer satisfaction. I will happy to see it close like the other buffet did across the street.
