The Bloak is one of my favorite bars in Oneonta. We went on a Friday eve and they had a burlesque show. Was a fun time as usual

Good place to hang out and meet local oneonta residents. Everyone is usually friendly and the staff are responsive to customers needs. Always a good beer or 2 on draft. They also have draft sales occasionally.

We found this place as we were leaving the weekly sad attempt to spark the economy on Main Street. Its hard to found the door from Main Street. Much easier to find walking back to the parking garage. Classy joint was some smooth jazz playing.

This place rocks, it's the perfect dive. Do you want a bratwurst and some punk rock? Don't worry they've got it. An eclectic mix of everything from metal to happy hardcore on the jukebox? They've got that too. I've heard if you ask nicely they've even got good mezcal tucked away somewhere. There's even a stage for shows and a couple of pool tables tucked in the back.
