As a local for many years I can confidently guarantee that if you are a visitor from out of town and order from here you will be very disappointed. The food is always bland,flavorless and cold. Considering the low quality of literally everything I’d say it’s way over priced as well and will leave you bloated with a stomach ache. Customer service and appreciation is also nonexistent here. The inside of the restaurant is also very out dated and depressing.If you’re in town and looking for something good to eat or a nice sit down restaurant you should look else where.

Ordered China 19 for dinner as im eating I located a staple in my food, When I called to inform them of this they told me that it happens all the time. She also informed me that they've had Steel wool in their food as well and they weren't sure what the issue was, the customer service was horrible as well as the food. I will NEVER order from here again

I was absolutely treated with so much disrespect on the phone for asking a simple question, I was yelled at and hung up on. When I went into the store to talk to the owner she said it was because I “took too long on the phone” will not be going back to this restaurant ever again.

Food is amazing but one older lady is rude and mean. The young girls are great and without them most people won't go because definitely not the only one who isn't a fan of the older lady. Treat people how you want to be treated ma'am.

I assumed that it wasn’t a normal chef cooking the food because the food was so bad. when I called about it they said it was the normal chef and that they could give me credit for the exact same meal. My husband and I both got different meals and there was no difference in flavor or taste in fact there was just lack of any flavor or taste in both dishes. When I asked if I could use credit towards something else they said no. Why would I want to get the same thing that we didn’t eat in the first place and had to throw away? Very frustrating experience.
