These folks are amazing! The person I talked to on the phone was so accommodating and worked with me to get my order when my Door Dash order went terribly wrong. He even gave me some great advice about Door Dash and I know better to call first and see if a place has their own delivery option. It was super fast calling directly after waiting for over half and hour for Door Dash and they were no closer to delivering my order. The pizza was great, service was amazing, and the people were nice. I’ll order directly here as much as I can while I’m in town. Thanks for being terrific!

My experience started of bad but ended good. So my pizza was an hour and a half late, no one called me and the phones were turned off. When my pizza arrived it was also made wrong. Thankfully though Jacob called me and issued a refund. His call definitely fixed the experience

Over an hour wait when the estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. Food was room temp. Tried calling during the wait and they weren't accepting phone calls? Haven't ordered from them in a while and now I remember why lol.

The food was delivered fast and super fresh and hot. We actually had to wait for it to cool down which doesn't usually happen with deliveries. The delivery person was polite and friendly. We got the 2 for the price of one offer and both pizzas were delicious. I love that you can choose how much of each topping you like. It's truly custom. Definitely the place to go for delivery in Onalaska/LaCrosse.

Delivery was fast. I wanted to like this pizza but the crust developed a cardboard feel and taste. This could be because it’s a thin crust and it was delivered. I liked the toppings and the spice but the sauce doesn’t have that much flavor. Not bad but not the best pizza

Fresh and delicious pizza. Caring and competent service. You can’t go wrong. I’ll admit that years ago I was partial to Pizza Hut for my go-to pizza delivery spot, but this Toppers converted me with their yummy sausage pizza and unsurpassed cheese sticks. But it’s the service that equally stands out. Tommy the delivery man is a good kid, always ready with a friendly greeting and loads of quick wit. Tom knows his trade. He’s fast and makes solid recommendations based on my taste. Bravo!

When I first called I asked the guy if they deliver and rudely he said yeah why. I then placed my order and I was told will have it in less than a hour. I called back a hour and 20 min later and it still was not here the guy that answered said we are busy it's the holiday you will have to wait. .. the delivery driver was very respectful and apologized but the jerk on the phone was rude and disrespectful

I just want to leave a wonderful five-star review for our favorite Toppers location! Every time we order Toppers our delivery boy Thomas Dwyer is phenomenal and so kind. He has been overly accommodating and always smiling, offering us a bright light in our day. We are so thrilled every time Thomas is the person ringing our doorbell! Toppers continues to be our go-to location for pizza and sticks. Never change!
