Food was good,employees not so much.old review.I tried in vain to contact cust .service but couldn't get full store no.jipped on app,showed after ordering and refused to make adjustments and btw NEVER honor the receipt of coupon for cookie!

The "sandwich artist" gave me the wrong cheese and veggies. I don't think she was listening because it's kinda hard to confuse "cucumbers" for "green bell peppers".

I ordered through the app a 6-inch meatball, and I went to go pick it up, and he gave me a footlong sub. Must of been a slow day, I appreciate it! 😊

I just visited the subway today on 121 and Center. The 3 employees working today were very kind, even greeted me when I walked in. I ordered a fountain drink and the girl behind the counter asked me if it tasted ok. I told her it was a little flat. She went straight back to fix it but I just got a different flavor. Customer service is typically terrible at fast food restaurants but these 3 employees deserve a raise!!!Hard to find employees like this anymore. Just FYI for the owner I came in at 11:45 on May 26, 2023.

I try to steak and cheese protein bowl, which was good but not sure worth the extra bucks, especially when buying for three people. They offer things like the melted sandwiches which are extra but supposedly have more cheese and the salads are now $2 more or $3 but they don't chop them anymore and they're not very good otherwise I don't think if they are not chopped. I used to get them all the time chopped. I hope the new higher prices are because they are paying the employees better. They were the lowest paying chain before... 🤙🤞

So there was only one gal working initially. I ordered four sandwiches online. Needless to say, order not ready. I felt horrible she was super busy and just doing her job the best she could. I have to applaud her. Another worker overslept and was running late. Stuff happens. So the two gals now very quickly and efficiently got everything caught up. Thank you for pushing through. The sandwiches were amazing still. Thank you!🙂
