Most of the time, staff is friendly and efficient . Hot food is ok. I would give it a rwo star rating the blizzards are 5 stars.

Stay away from this place on Thursday afternoon. Takes well over 10 minutes to get a simple blizzard and drink, even being the only one in drive through....otherwise, their staff is usually on point, averaged the stars accordingly.

Typically has great ice cream at just the right temperature. Almost always somewhat busy but the staff gets through it fairly quick.

Love this location, 8/10 times I get fresh hot food. The manager is super cool seems to always be actively there and working the trenches. Overall if I could consistently get hot fresh food, I would be a 10/10

The manager was very helpful! I came in to buy several gift cards for a work event and the terminal was giving a strange error when attempting to pay. The manager tried several times and troubleshooted solutions. It worked after a moment, and I was on my way. Great service!

My first time at this location. I only went through the drive through so i can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. Outside, the building and parking lot was clean. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this location!

My husband, our 4 kiddos(6,5,4, and 2), and I all came in for ice cream around 4:30ish. My older 3 kiddos were a little indecisive about what they wanted. The staff were very patient and friendly. Ice cream was good and everything came out quickly.

Blizzards are the best on a warm night! Lobby is not open and the drive thru was long, but the staff were friendly and fast! They did a great job!!

Google indicated this location was open until 10pm Sundays. If I would have clicked into the Dairy Queen website, it says the correct time of 9pm on Sundays.. Got into drive thru line around 8:40 (about 12 cars in front of me), was next to order and the parking lot lights went out, and menu backlight went dark at 9pm. Pulled up to order at 9:05ish and manager advised they close at 9pm, but they would still take my order. When I got to the window, the manager was working, and was super nice and efficient with getting orders out quickly. He continued fulfilling orders behind me in the drive through! I thought they did awesome for it being the end of a long day. Yes, the drive through was long, but that's expected when the lobby is closed - they did the best they could to serve the customers.

Good food. Probably on par with all other Dairy Queen locations. Friendly staff. Sometimes the line can get long in the drive thru with the inside closed for COVID, but if you want good ice cream, you do what you've got to do.
