This location suffers from a variety of issues: inconsistent quality of food to inconsistent service. The worst visit I had, the chicken was seriously overcooked (had a burnt taste), was dry and seemed old and reheated. At least twice, the chicken that I purchased was not even evident of being KFC recipe...no similarity in appearance or taste.
I now drive to 87th Maple and am always impressed with the food and service.
The 30th street location should close, cleanup, and retrain staff and find competent management.

Never enough employees. Waited 30 min in drive thru plus in side stays locked. Worth driving out the way to a more efficient KFC

Mashed potatoes taste like cheap Instant potatoes and watered down my instant potatoes taste better the gravy was thicker than the potatoes really watered down

Unprofessional. Had order to pick up, doors locked, not taking orders, kitchen staff is cleaning and putting food away and I can clearly see, from outside, orders on the screen! It was hours before closing time!!

Horrible bathroom cleanliness. Mold growing on the toilets. Service was slow. They didn't have what I ordered so I needed to change it. I won't be back.
