McDonald's is always good. French fries are the best but getting pretty pricey these days. Look on your receipt & if you have a survey invitation do it. The survey I was given allows you to get a 2nd sandwich free on your next visit w/in 30 days. 👍

The manager of this McDonald’s goes above and beyond to help customers. I had a problem with mobile ordering - she listened to my panic and guided me through the process with a calm and level voice. She was wonderful.

People here are so nice. The food is usually fresh and they aren't stingy with the fries.

This location is definitely the best in the Omaha area. All the crew are very friendly and call me by name. I have gone nearly every evening for over 4 years for latte, shake and iced coffee. My wife recently passed and when I went this evening the crew was waiting with a beautiful vase and flower arrangement. Very, very special people.

It's not every day I stop to write a review about a fast food chain, but the service at this location is wonderful! The staff is so kind, the food is ready super fast and is always made nicely. The food just tastes better here thanks to the caring team of staff that work this location.

My wife ordered the number 7 combo, hers was good. I ordered the big breakfast and it was good but did not come with my pancakes. When they brought the food i told them and she said she would get them bit after 15 minutes we just left. They were very busy tho.

I routinely visit this McDonald's on the way back from one of my weekly appointments. The speed of service and friendliness of the staff is always pretty good. The only reason I gave four stars is because they routinely underfill fry cartons. Yesterday I got a large, and there was a clear inch and a half between the top and where my fries were. A few weeks ago, I stopped and got three combos and I was able to dump all three cartons into two without spillage. So they're probably making quite a bit of profit by shorting you about 30% on the fries. This is my only complaint about this location, but it's pretty routine. Once they fix that, I would gladly give them a five-star review.

They had one of those kiosk ordering things, which I don't like, it's just a way to eliminate jobs. I went to the counter & ordered a hot fudge sundae from a nice young lady. She promptly. & cheerfully gave me my order. I went out to my car & enjoyed it. A young man going in as I was going out, politely held the door for me.
