Sonic Drive-in

Service with a smile! Even with patrons who chose not to exercise self control, staff goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is only brought down by the patrons who lack patience, fail to be courteous and respectful of the staff and other patrons during their visit, and their unwillingness to listen to staff on duty. Food is always hot; ice cream is always cold; everything is delicious! Wait times have gotten shorter recently; recent additions to the employment team and transfers of managerial members from other stores are to be commended! Thank you for all of your hard work!

I previously gave this spot a 1 star review. That was about a year ago. This weekend, I gave it another shot because I was dying of thirst. This Sonic was redeemed by one singular employee. Weti is a car hop here and he's amazing. This man remembered me, a truly forgettable human, and aa random question we had about what syrups were sugar free (because I'm diabetic) and when we came back the following day for lunch, he made sure to check the list of flavors to confirm for me which were sugar free. I could have looked it up online, or sent an email, or just made sure I had more insulin, but, this man went out of his way to answer a day old question for me and that alone has redeemed this place. This is my new weekend lunch spot. Give this man more money. He deserves it.

They do a really good job. Always friendly and quick with the best food Sonic has to offer! The only reason I can't give them five stars is because of supply chain issues. I know that this location can't do anything about it but when corporate can't get you to Texas toast, that causes the store to suffer.

Always timely and I haven't had any issues with rude employees at this one. I've only had one bad experience here about a week prior to this review. We went through the drive through to get some food and shakes. Their really efficient here so that's not the issue. However, the shake I had gotten about halfway through it had a horrible sour taste. Not sure if it sat too long or what but it made me gag instantly. Didn't get sick from it and threw the rest away. Only reason I'm bringing it up too is because a friend of mine had a similar experience with one of their shakes.

This location is pretty consistent and gets the orders right. The employees are friendly and efficient. Some of the stalls in the drive in sometimes don't work correctly but a relatively small inconvenience. The drive thru can be slow but some of that is some orders are pretty large and complicated. Overall a solid location.
