Old location but was very clean and comfortable inside. Awesome employee working in the dining area. She was so friendly and kind to my girl who just got out of the eye doctor and came to pick up her Book It pizza that she wanted to stay and eat inside. And props to Pizza Hut for still doing the Book it program!!! My daughter loves it
I love love their new Meat Lovers Melts. They are listed under Deals on their app. It took me a while to find the melts on the menu. I think they should switch them from deals to the regular menu.
Use the Pizza Hut at 49th and L streets. Excellent service. Food prepared timely. Food was hot and delicious.
I had called because they forgot my sauce. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted her to credit my account or if I wanted driver come back out. I said come back out. She seemed annoyed and asked if we knew who it was or what car they had. I told her no it was dark. With an attitude she said she will try and figure out the driver and have him bring us the sauce. She called back and said she found out who it was and that he is on his way to Bellevue for a delivery and he will come by and bring us the sauce. I then told her to just forget it and credit it to my account.
Ordered pizza, breadsticks, drinks, & dessert for our table. The food was good & consistent with the chain's quality. The service was slow & the waitress didn't check back. Maybe because many people just ordered from the buffet. I was disappointed that their coupons are for carry out or delivery only & no specials exist for dine in. The bathrooms could use improved cleaning, as well. The dining area itself was clean & comfortable. I like the paper towels available at the table. The music was a little loud for our conversation. Overall, I enjoyed the food & clean eating area, but the rest of the atmosphere could use improvement.
We just had my daughters 2nd birthday party here. We had about 20 people through out 2 hours . The staff were so helpful with setting up and clean up. Our food cane out right on time and was very fresh. They even went the extra mile and baked our little girl a cookie pizza and put 2 candles in it. To top it all off.. they sang happy birthday to her and totally made her night! By far the best service we have had and we will be coming back for birthdays in the future 🥳
Always make the perfect pizza. It never takes long its always fast, efficient & excellent customer service. I will be back!
