I'm not bashing this business in any way. This is just a friendly note. I know I ordered close to closing time and, I get it, I do. I delivered pizza WAY back so, I get it. That being said, I'm a trucker and got to my stop later than wanted. The delivery guy was very nice and my food came hot and fairly quickly which probably contributed to the issue. I will post pictures. Again, I know i ordered late but, I tipped 30 bucks on a 20 something dollar order for that reason. Just keep that in mind.
Consistent with other Papa John's in food quality. Staff running register was friendly, smiled and made eye contact, which I always appreciate.
Parking was more challenging due to construction but that should be temporary.
I used the Millard location recently to feed a football team after their game. I was very worried about that large of an order staying warm till the boys came off the field. The pizza arrived piping hot. The order was exactly as I had ordered. I placed the original order with Tessa and then had a late addition to the order that Stacey took care of. The delivery driver was super helpful. The whole process was easy, efficient and the boys loved the pizza!
The Papa John's app made my order confusing, order was not as expected. But this location made it right, and fast, while working with plenty of other orders. Great job. Thank you!
Had it for the first time last week and just had some more today. This is fresh quality good pizza. Probably the best I’ve ever had
Delivery is slow, they don’t have enough staff for the orders that come through so there’s a lot of mistakes made an not much attention to detail. I’ve called in several times for a pizza never having enough sauce or not being “well done”, I shouldn’t have to throw the pizza in my oven every time my pizza gets delivered because part of the dough isn’t cooked. I’ve only dealt with this because they’re the only PapaJohns that delivers in my area, otherwise if I come across something better I won’t continue to do so.

Things seem to have turned around some, no longer having to call in for pizza to be Well Done or throwing into the oven as often as I used to.
It was great. When I ordered, I wasn’t expecting much, but when I walked into the store, the lord Jesus Christ descended down upon me. He blessed me by preparing the most delicious pizza pie, only for 4 dollars.
Ordered thru the app. arrived after the app showed it was ready but to my surprise they gave my order to someone else. Sat another ten min there to wait for the next round.
They were very professional and proud of their products for good reasons, the pizzas simply said were perfect and very delicious, would I go back again, you bet I would and would I recommend it to others, yes I most definitely would and without hesitation.. 😘
IVE ALWAYS ENJOYED PAPA JOHNS LOCATION IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF COUNTRY AS OTR DRIVER OWNER WAS VERY NICE WHEN ORDER 12” PAN CREATED MY OWN FOR PAST 15 YEARS WITH ALL NAME BRAND PIZZA LOCATION FIRST TIME I DONE ,THAT WAS DOCKED IN PITTSBURGH PA. I WAS BLOW AWAY AND NOW ORDER LARGER WAS PLANNING ON BAGGING UP HALF IN XIPLOC BAGS FOR COOLER “”I EAT WHOLE PIZZA NOTHING MADE BAGS”” THIS ORDERED PIZZA 7/9/19 WITH BREAD STICKS HAD BAG SOME BUT TASTED GREAT
