I put 5 stars on this review. Because apparently nobody has to count when it comes to McDonald's. I ordered four mcdonald's tell me why one of my burgers is missing a patty. Maybe McDonald's needs raise their standards and the people they hire after sitting at the window for well over a minute. Watching that Girl who is supposed to take my credit card Sit there and flirt with your co-worker and not even acknowledge. I was there. I finally get my food and i'm missing food so yeah.

Prices seem to keep going up, but otherwise, I don't have really anything to complain about. Food was hot, and service was friendly and fast. A little more expensive than I would like to pay, but what isn't these days! Since my original review, I've been back, and still great service, and hard working employees!

I just wanted a quarter pounder. I got one with double cheese? I did not ask for that. I took it back and got my quarter pounder, no cheese. Wad Nice, Hot and Good.

Those who serve customers need to at least show some happy or they need to Thank customers for showing up. But the last few weeks I never seen no smile on no one's face. And that's not good for business. They just hand out the orders and turned away. I love McDonald's but I feel like some change is needed.

I've used the app before but today I had a bit of trouble. A kind young man named Marco assisted me. He displayed qualities that are seldom seen in today's world; patience and kindness.

McDonald's customer service people are very nice and friendly place was pretty clean they have a lot of parking. It's nice they have indoor seating Taco Bell was closed next door to McDonald's on 42nd Street because they didn't have enough staffing so I'm so happy McDonald's was open.

The team here is always working very quickly and efficiently to keep up with demand. I've regularly had good experiences with food and wait times here. They handle rush times well and with a great attitude, and my orders are always on point. They're also doing a great job integrating the new McDonald's app technology into their business.
