Ordered quick food was out fairly quick. I probably waited about 5 minutes. And the drive through was around the building. Fries were the only thing cold. But it’s McDonalds… does anyone expect hot fries anymore.
Employees were very nice and respectful one even held the door open for me on his was back in. Service was far better then what I got next door at TB.
Placed a mobile order on the app. Pulled in a reserved space and they brought it right out. Easy peasy.
Do not like automated order taker at drive through. Has a hard time getting you order right unless you say the exact description on the menu. Hard to correct if you change you mind half way through the order. Mistakes happen when other people are talking around you, that when (she) miss under stands you.
It was a great lunch not greasy or too much salt every time I eat at McDonald's in Fremont Nebraska I always have to wait in line in drive thru or have to pull up when I am the only one there plus this food wasn't so greasy that grease ran off the burger when you picked it up and the fries were perfect and hot not like my home town McDonald's that I have to wait but the fires are to salty and cold and the burgers are greasy when you pick them up you could catch the grease running out but this McDonald's was awesome very clean nice workers and they actually help you instead of it being a burden to them so I give this McDonald's a 100% out of 100. Thank you again to all the workers who care about their customers and makes it a great eating resteraunt.

Stopped in here tonight not knowing it was 5 minutes before close, and the young woman working the drive through provided what can only be described as an absolutely phenomenal level of service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable, effortlessly accommodating my modification request. I regret that I did not ask her name, but that girl deserves a big raise. I am a fine dining professional with over a decade of experience in hourly and management roles, and I would be thrilled if my staff exhibited half the hospitality she does. By far the best fast food experience I’ve ever had.
I live and work on the move in omaha. I travel these streets all day every day. So sometimes I have to eat fast food. This is one of only 3 Mickey D's I'll go to. The food is better here and the employees are fast. It's hard to find a fast food place that is actually trying to serve their customers well, but this place does.
There are so many great people who work here. They always have smiles on their faces and are really kind. They make me feel welcomed when I come in even though it's just that one second of ordering food. The food is always very fresh too. This McDonald's cares a lot about what they do and I would recommend it for a nice cheap bite to eat
