The customer service at this Jimmy John's is exceptional. Shout out to Mari, who actually came outside before I got out to tell me they were closed. When I returned the next day, he was my server and made me feel so welcomed, like i knew him. I travel all over the USA with my work, and I review everywhere, but I have not written a review this long that is positive. You keep up the good job, you should be trainers on customer service there are not many like you.
Best Jimmy Johns out there. Sandwiches are always made perfectly and ingredients always look and taste super fresh. Staff is always great too!
While I often do drive -thru, I also enjoy eating in the dining room!
We ordered the 1 the Pepe it was good everything was fresh but the bread was to hard
I went in to get a number 11, and the guy said how are you today , I gave him that look, and went on to ask me what was I going to have today. I said I take a number 11 , regular. No chips and no drink. He said ok told me the price I handed him a 5 dollar bill and he handed me a bag and it had a sandwich in it !
And out the door I went . All drama aside its clean and the service is nice
I don’t really go to fast food places a lot, but I’m in the middle of mid terms and wanted lunch so I stopped here 3/15/22 around 2:15pm. The staff that were working at this time were so friendly and positive that honestly I might just come here regularly 🤣 someone said see you tomorrow! And I think they were right haha I’ll definitely be back! Super awesome staff at the 84th location :)
Cleanest restaurant I've ever been in, inside and out!!! Subs with fresh warm bread and toppings so yummy!!! Service over the top!!!! Thanks JJ
Food was good but I ordered an unwich and got a sandwich so I had to throw the bread.
The staff are so nice I accidentally ordered my sandwich to the wrong store and they offered to cancel it for me when I asked how to cancel and took my order here
I pulled up to the drive thru and noticed it was 8:59 not realizing it was only a minute before the restaurant closed. They were more than happy to take my order and were very friendly about my mismanaged time. I will be frequenting this location more because of this excellent customer service and the delicious sandwiches my family enjoyed for this late night meal. Thank you!!!
