I came in there two days in a row with my pregnant daughter last week. There was a nice young lady named Kathryn (also my daughter's middle name ❤️) she was so friendly and polite. She even remembered my daughter's sandwich on the second day!!!! She deserves some special recognition! She absolutely made my daughter's day!
The gentlemen working were very kind and well mannered! And Both of my sandwiches were amazing! I'll definitely be back!
Probably coolest subway I have been to in Omaha. I left credit card by ax. However came back today and they returned it to me. Althoughone employee had other plans....at the end I got it back tho so, all good
Amazing customer service. Food was really well made. The team members that was working at the time worked with my daughter and normally it takes for ever for her to order but the people working made her feel really comfortable and made it smooth for her to get her food. I will be back for sure with customer service like what was shown today at this location. People should come take notes on how to handle customers for the team members that helped us.

I went to this location for a cater order pick up and ordered 3 additional footlong sandwiches for a birthday party. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted in a friendly manner, I wish I knew the ladies name that helped me because she really went over and beyond. She knew exactly what I wanted before I said a word, she brought out my cater order and stated she loved to cater. I could tell she put a lot of detail and took her time to make sure everything was just right, I appreciate that greatly!!! She even helped me to my car and brought out my drink for me, now that is service!!! I went at 11 am the store was clean and I always look at the veggies and it was neat and in order. I was very pleased. The morning shift should have more pay because by 11:20am a rush came out of nowhere, they were finishing my additional 3 sandwiches the line was to the door. The crew kept up and handled it with ease. Overall my experience was outstanding! Highly recommend this location for any catering order, great job morning crew.

Friendly staff. Good service. Not much seating available, but okay with me. Busy at lunch time, but does not take very long. They seem to stay busy with online, ride pick up food services too. Clean tables, which often are closed (or at least some of the very few) that are there. Lately they seem to close early though,I arrived 20 mins before time on door said they closed for that day, open sign was off, door locked and the guy sweeping motioned to us

Staff is always super friendly and helpful, wanted to get this review up as a kinda survey since I forgot my receipt to do it through the website
Came in 8 mins before close with my huaband. We felt bad but both got off really late tonight. The crew was great and didn't rush us at all. We apologized for coming in so late and were assured it wasn't a problem. Sandwiches were great also!
We ate here on September 10th at noon and it was an awesome experience. The Italian herb cheese bread was the best I have ever had at any subway location! Shout out to the 2 ladies working that day!
