I’ve always rated this location highly. They’ve been pretty bad lately. Everything on my order tonight was wrong. Hell the hard shell taco I get with the 5$ box they didn’t even try to make it. They just threw meat on and called it good.

Super happy that their hours are still later than others. The one on 180th and center is ridiculous closing at 8 PM. Taking one star off of this just due to long wait times but I guess gonna have to deal with more customers as other Taco Bell‘s close to early. Keep up the good work and hopefully you guys can hire more staff to help with those wait times.

No one goes to Taco Bell for a gourmet dining experience, but they do expect their food to come out quickly considering it's in the "fast food" category. Because the drive thru was so backed up, and the long wait I experienced the last time I was here, I thought the dining room would be quicker. I was wrong. I waited over 20 MINUTES for a couple cheese rollups and cheese quesedillia!!! This location is straight up awful. When my food was finally ready, the employee threw my food on the counter, no apology for the wait, no thanks for coming, just threw the bag and walked away. This franchisee should be ashamed. I realize it's difficult to find help in this environment, but this was unacceptable.

Made an online order on the taco bell app...My steak chalupa Supreme was devoid of meat literally just Lettuce cheese and sour cream. My wives cheesy gordita crunch did not have cheese on it and my chips and cheese container had so little cheese I couldn't eat all the chips because after 6 dips it was gone. Maybe this is just the world we live in now but I guess I need to take taco bell off my list of places I can eat and expect to at least get something close to what I ordered.

Why did I come back?? What is the lobby closed today 5/19/22. Over 30 minutes wait so far for the drive thru!!!!!! Shouldn't take this long
Been coming here since I moved to Nebraska and never understood the negative reviews as I've never had any issues. Well besides the ice machine not working one time, but stuff happens. Last night I ordered a number 1. Decided to make one of the 3 hard supreme tacos a soft taco. Got home and the 2 hard tacos were not supreme only the soft taco. Very disappointing when you get home and your order is wrong and the soda had very little if any carbonation. I tried to drink it, but it tasted very bad. Think I'll go to the other tacobell near me instead of this one.

Eh not the best... I mean I know I shouldn't expect a gourmet meal but when you order two crunch wraps with EXTRA beef and they don't. Then order just a chicken quesadilla.... Received a cheese quesadilla 😂 c'mon. Well hope we have better luck next time 😬 lady in the drive thru is super sweet though !

05/29 2350 sitting in line waiting behind 6 or so cars and they closed with all of us waiting still. Just turned on an automated message saying we're now closed. Online they show open until 0100. This is ridiculous!!! The day shift does great but i've literally heard cooks cursing through the intercom in the background when people come in near close. So this isn't my first issue with the closing crew.

This Taco Bell really hit the spot today! The woman working the drive thru was super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Glad I chose this location to satisfy my Taco Bell craving!
