I went through the drive through at about 12:35 on a Sunday night, as soon as I rolled up the guys on the mike was cracking jokes nd just had an amazing attitude overall, when I pulled up to the window it got even better, and through his mic I could here the convo between him nd the customer behind me and she was cracking up laughing nd overall sounded happy because of his service, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, I’m really sad I couldn’t catch his name but he deserves a raise for how amazing his service is, even if everyone else’s customer service in this Taco Bell on 84th is absolutely horrendous, he makes up for all of it nd 10 times more, by far the best experience I have ever had in my lifetime at any restaurant or fast food place, this man should be getting paid hella

I drive out of my way to go to this tacobell. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always hot. Service is quick as well. The tacobell nearest me is always out of everything, but this tacobell has never once been out of something I've ordered. Love this location!!

John is such a delight on the 84th and Center location in Omaha! I'm happy every time I hear that is him taking my order. He is quick, kind, and fun! We need more drivethu employees like John.

Everything was perfect. Quick, fun, outgoing staff, good food, and I recently a free Dorrito's Locos Taco just because. Who could ask for anything more. Except utensils, napkins, and hot sauce. And I for to ask. They always ask if you want it. Thanks, Taco Bell!

Just wanna say the guy working the drive thru was amazing! I know he's been there for a while but the fun energy and jokes he had was the best experience you could ever have at any restaurant let alone a taco bell! If you work there or go there regularly you know who I'm talking about! Give that man all the raises! Also, food was delicious and very quick.

I'm pretty sure there was only this one girl working. I came through at 11:15pm, it was on my way home from work. I saw the sign saying short staffed but that's crazy. But she was awesome! Very sweet, and fast. I could be wrong there may have been someone else working. But the fact that it took a minute before she could take my order, and then disappeared after she collected my payment and came back with the food. Leads me to believe it was just her. I didn't get her name but I wanted to make sure she gets her recognition. Amazing job, and needs a raise. Came through drive thru 11:15pm on 3/7/22

The food is good, its cheap which we appreciate on a budget and makes our lives a lot easier on those nights we dont feel like cooking. They also think they're funny with their wifi sign.
