The Jimmy John’s on 72nd Street has been a favorite since the chain first opened. Recently, I ordered an unwich veggie with less mayo and skinny chips with a large water. The voice was kind and honest asking me to speak louder. They were friendly and kind. The food was yummy & reasonable with the ability to make dietary changes.

My coworkers & I had sandwiches for lunch today. Reason for 4 stars is because we all got painful gas buildup shortly after. Food was amazing overall though.

Came in for lunch knowing their facility is always clean and they are very very polite. I got my order quick. The manager handled a disgruntle customer who was mad that they hadn't received their food yet due to a large order that the team was working as fast and efficient as possible to make and serve other customers. The manager handled it very well and was very polite and professional. To the guy that was throwing a fit go home and make your self and sandwich if you can't wait the world don't revolve around you. First coke first serve. Thanks for the great service !!!

I am not usually a Jimmy Johns fan but the food was really good. When u go into the restuarant you can have them correct your food if they mess up what goes on your sandwich. This is great! We were the only customers in the restuarant. The one employee decided to mop the floor while we were sitting there. I am not a fan of this. The mop was drenched and so was the floor. This could have waited until we left.

When I had walked in I was so tired it had been a horrific day and I just really wanted to get some food. But when I walked in I saw such kind individuals the young man who took my order forgive me for not getting his name to the one who made the sandwiches to the ones who were doing the cola machine and stocking it up I cannot say how much their kindness meant to me today! You guys rock

This is the busiest Jimmy Johns I have ever seen but also the fastest. The people that work here are awesome and really know how to get you food fast, and are super nice. They always make it easy to use my reward points too. I am a usual, and the manager Cameron is always super nice and helpful. Thanks a lot guys.

Freaky fast? Well yeah of course! But also freaky delicious! The Jimmy John's on south 72nd Street (300 S. 72nd St.) is so good, really quick and just a totally fun experience. Whether you are dining in or go through their drive-thru or even get it delivered you're going to be satisfied. Check this place out I mean there's all kinds of locations. There's probably one by you. Jimmy John's has delicious food at a good price and you won't be disappointed!
