Took the time to have a couple beers and the pretzel bites. Service was great. Food was delicious. The beer was ice cold. Great spot to kick back in a mall.

I decided to stop in after shopping for a bite and found a scaled down menu not featuring some of my favorites. Ordered a chicken sandwich with 'regular' fries since they no longer feature their parmesan cheese fries. The waitress said they were new fries and delicious. Not delicious. They are just plain salted fries and the chicken sandwich, which was always my favorite, was chewy and not tender, melt in your mouth like it has been in the past. Like most places, the prices are higher! Just disappointed in the menu and food quality.

First time eating here. I had the jalapeño on a bun and fries, which was very tasty. My wife had a cheese burger with fries. She said the burger was very flavorful. Want to say that the manager and staff handle an unusual situation very well today, especially for what happened. They showed extreme concern and handle everything with grace.

Excellent location at Westroads mall. The service and drinks were great. I typically frequent the Blatt downtown, and love it. I have to say I love this location as well! Highly recommend. Gabriella and Laney (sp?) make outstanding Long Island Ice Tea's. Highly recommend!
