Want to thank Auntie Anne's Pretzels who did an amazing job last night on creating a Promposal for my son and his girlfriend, it turned out amazing, if I could figure out how to post a photo I would. Keep up the great work!
Recently had my boyfriend (who's from out of state and they don't have Auntie Anne's) try this place out before he has to head back, since he's tried local/things you can only find in the Midwest, and he really enjoyed it. He finished his pretzel AND pretzel bites, stating that there pretty good, but his favorite thing out of his whole order was his blue raspberry lemonade!
Haven’t had my sour cream and onion pretzels in years and had a craving today! Very sweet gals working, got my fresh delicious pretzels that hit the SPOT!! I even got BOGO with the app! Yahoo! Can’t wait to come back soon! Next time I won’t wait so long ☺️

I understand how frustrating it can be working in the service industry. I truly appreciate and applaud Ms.Alex for her charisma and drive, Each visit I have came well she was working, which I don’t go often, my service was tremendous.
Recently on my last one she truly was courageous. I understand that there was a gentleman that was working which he seemed truly slow and just wasn’t comprehending the common sense task of simply helping a customer. The young lady Alex finished her task and well she was finishing her task the gentleman just wasn’t listening to the young lady explain that there are customers, she then proceeded to help me after she was finished, as there was a line that grew, he then decided to come and ask if I been helped as he had seen her grabbing my pretzel, he then went to the side and proceeded to the eat him a snack well the nice young lady held her composure and helped me and the customers behind me!

The food was OK! There was a kind person named Katie there though and she made the service 10/10
Well in my personal experience this store's well place is actually really good. If they make a mistake they apologize, if I want a pretzel in the heater or ill just have to wait a bit. They make mistakes buy hey who doesn't. So cut them some slack everyone of y'all amazing people keep up the good work.
Yalllll who ever made the lemonade on March 23rd between 2-3 DO IT LIKE THAT EVERY TIME that lemonade was bussin bussin it was sooooo good I should have got me a large! Ima come back again just for some lemonade 🍋

The staff works really hard under pressure. The food is always fresh and they are always positive ready to help.
I absolutely love the sour cream and onion pretzel! Their homemade lemonade is amazing also! Staff is friendly everytime I visit.
