Alyea (spelling?) might have been the best waitress at any restaurant we’ve ever visited, in Omaha, in the country, in several countries around the world. She made our Christmas Eve dinner special for the entire family, and in doing might have started a new family tradition for us for Christmas Eve dinner!

The food and the service was damn phenomenal. Carlos and Derik made the night stunning. Celebrating a friends birthday, free Sunday, plus my steak was overcooked, asked about it feeling super horrible and they brought me a new one, new sides, sent home the mistaken one (as a freebie) and just stunning service!!

I'm not kidding when I say this experience was like nothing I've ever had. While our drink orders were being taken we went ahead and did our appetizers and meals. Our waiter was taking our order on a tablet, and someone in the back sees it and brought out our drinks before we're done with our order. He walks away and seconds later we got our bread and appetizers. Granted a few more minutes later another duplicate order of our appetizer, but I mean better than the alternative. Our meals were there right about when we finished our appetizers. Drinks? Always full. We didn't feel bombarded with our waiter, and it felt like they were using attention at the same time. Super great experience. My single handed best dining experience to date. It's really how the industry standard should become.

Everything was great, my server Kaleb, was fantastic for being quadruple sat. Was a small wait in the beginning as he caught up. Nothing stressful or unrelaistic from being in the weeds. Good work Kid, thank you. The girl that was running food had finger nails that were way past food safety/sanitation standards. Saw her deliver a mac n cheese to a table over, gross dude. Otherwise, every server was prestine, floor and tables well maintained, everyone was greeted at the door. Even saw a host go out of his way to help with the door a few times. Lots of team work as well. Manager stopped by and checked on us too. Best experience in a while.

We absolutely LOVE this location! The service is always amazing, the food is super fast, and the whole experience itself is wonderful. You don’t have to go far for a really great steak. We particularly enjoy their steak and lobster special on Tuesdays. I’ve had fresh lobster overseas, $100+ lobster, best rated lobster, and this location is always my favorite go to for it, you can beat it. We DoorDashed this particular meal, and it was still so great. Thank you outback team!!
