Not sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn't have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It's the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It's clean and baristas have great attitudes. Even tried the free plain coffee or tea refill with account for the 1st time. Fresh cup, free drink, no attitude, just as helpful and friendly. Amazing!
I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino & apparently they were out of the Caramel Crunch toppings so they subbed it out for something else thinking that I wouldn’t notice and ………
JK I’m not a Karen, I knew you were out of the Caramel Crunch topping so you told me you would substitute it for something “similar” and honestly … bravo. This is better than the OG version. I officially have a new flavor obsession, the only reason I would give anything less than 5 stars is because of the dent this is about to take in my wallet now ;)

the employees at Starbucks are incredible. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. They know what drink you usually drink and are ready to make it as soon as you walk in the door. I have been to other Starbucks and this by far is the best one in Omaha. Love the new manager the atmosphere has changed immensely for the better. It was a very stressful chaotic atmosphere before. The new manager has brought calm and peace to the store. Everybody now seems happy to be at work. It's a welcoming place now and you want to be there.

You can earn Starbucks rewards here but you cannot redeem them here (Starbucks needs to update it's franchise agreements).
I do wish they had the same hours as the Target store that hosts them. It's always a bummer to walk in the door at 8:30 PM, see Starbucks, get excited for a drink, then realize they're closed already.
You walk in and see smiling faces. The aroma is delightful, just pure fresh coffee unspoiled by unknown flavor additives. A display full of things delicious. And, by the way, Starbucks has the best tasting oatmeal around town.
This location is ALWAYS fast and usually the staff is friendly. However, I had an issue w ordering a new drink and the individual at the drive-thru was quite rude. When I received my drink it was nothing what I had ordered. Normally I’d just drink it, however the fact that the person was rude and not helpful at ALL- I parked and went in. I spoke with Abi and she was SO incredibly nice! She helped me figure out what I needed and re-made a drink TWICE from my 1st just to get it right! (I felt awful, yet if it’s a $6 drink it should be what you want.) Abi REALLY wanted me to get my coffee exact! Her and another employee were very sweet and apologized for their Co-workers rudeness/shortness towards me/customers. Go Abi! She’s extremely nice and VERY professional! 💯👍🏼
Great food and drinks as always. I did notice that the staff was not exactly the friendliest. The man who helped me was kind, but a woman I am assuming just clocked in did not display good customer service. She seemed very angry and rushed while preparing the orders of customers after me.
Excellent coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick and efficient service. Decent seating although quickly fills. Plug ins available around all seating arrangements for electronic charging.
Feel free to ask for drinks not listed on the featured menu - you can check the Starbucks website for other drinks, or search other sites for suggested recipes (with how many pumps of what sauce, shots of espresso, type of cream, etc). Starbucks will make it how you order it! ☕
