Missing their sammiches in Lincoln , so we swing by when we go to Omaha Yumz. My kids say “mom just order something off the menu”, but the staff do great making minor adjustments for me ❤️. Thanks!

Food was phenomenal service was great and the manager was super awesome I recommend to anyone kinda pricy but the quality and the quantity of the sandwiches was well worth it left super full and happy 😁 French dip was fire so was the number 2 I don't remember what all was in it but got it made the way it comes and I usually don't do that was absolutely delicious I'ma get it again for sure

The food was so good!! But, the whole dining in experience was absolutely ruined and I left with a huge headache due to the HORRIBLE, screeching type noise their chairs make as they are moved in the slightest. PLEASE invest in something for the bottom of your chairs or new seating thst doesnt make this a horrible dining experience. It takes away from your wonderful sandwichs. A gentleman across from me had hearing aids in and actually got up and told his wife. I can't take this noise from the chairs. I'll be in the car. Bring my food out for me.

The available tables were all dirty at 2pm but they were busy. The line took 10 minutes to get through and there was a 15 minute wait for food. But, the sandwich was fresh and the cinnamon rolls from cinnabon there were amazing but very expensive.

The food is amazing here. Does get a bit busy from time to time but it is absolutely rewarding if your patient with the employees, I can see they try their best to make all customers happy no matter the size of the order. The deserts are amazing when you have yourself a sweet tooth! Bring your smile!

Drove up about noon, and there were about 8 cars in line for the drive thru. Went inside to order and there were about 5 people in line. Getting my sandwich after I ordered was quick for getting a freshly made sandwich. Turkey club sandwich tasted great. I really like the bread. The Cinnabon cinnamon roll for dessert was great.

Ordered the wonderful deluxe original online. Pickup time was 7:30 and was ready at 7:32. Manager gave me a free bag of chips and a great brownie just because of the 2 minute delay. This really builds goodwill. Store was busy for that time of the evening for a Thursday night. Must be doing something right.

We came in when it was super busy and ordered multiple items for our whole work. Once returning we realized one of the sandwiches was wrong, so I called to see if I could come pick up the correct one and the lady I spoke with was so polite and apologetic. I acknowledged that mistakes happen and they were extremely busy! I think it was the manager who helped me, she was so genuine and not only offered to fix it, but she delivered it to us and added some sweets for the mistake. She was so pleasant and went above and beyond; our team was so thankful for her and Schlotzsky's! Great employee's, customer service, and delicious food.
