We had an awful experience with the Staff, but Deb the owner called and addressed it promptly, so I will give 4 stars for the food and the owner reaching out.
Food was amazing as always. We will be back and hope to be able to give 5 ☆ next time.

We went into this with relatively low expectations, however we'd seen pictures of the food on Yelp and it looked good, so we wanted to try it.

Very unassuming exterior but wow! Last night I had my first experience at Sgt Peffers and it did not disappoint!
We order the New Yorker (minus the anchovies because l'm a chicken) and it was everything! The toppings were so delicious and the cheese was perfection. Not to mention the amazing crust.
Top notch pizza, yes you will pay more than some others in town BUT it's well worth it so don't get caught up in the $5 pizza trap 😉 if you catch my drift their pasta is very delicious too!!

That Beefy Mushroom soup on Tuesdays with the slice of 5 cheese is the best
The pizza is great but DO NOT ORDER FROM DOOR DASH. If your pizza is destroyed by the delivery driver, Peffers WILL NOT replace the damaged pizza. You'll have to get a weak excuse for a refund from Door Dash directly, we only got $10 back and had to put our pizza back together like a greasy puzzle.
It's been decades since I last ate here, so I took the family out and had a nice evening. The wait to place our order was maybe 15 minutes, which felt long, but food came out relatively quickly. Pizza was good, manicotti was good, and the cheesy loaves was great too. Kids loved it, so we'll definite
One of my personal favorite places to get lunch in the city. Never disappoints. Great soups.
I love Sgt. Peffer's. I would definitely order again, but this last order my pizza was horrible. Not what I'm used too....hopefully it will be what I'm used to next time...
