came in for the 1st time today around 1. semi busy but still haf my sandwich in 5 minutes. Tried the chipotle Philly on the rosemary bread and OMG!!! SO GOOD. This was also based off recommendation from the guy slicing the meat. (didn't catch his name) I'll definitely be back :)

I don't think there has been a sandwich I have got from JerseyMikes that wasn't delicious! I usually get a tuekey provolone of the italian sandwich...heard the HOT SUBS were not that great so haven't tried them until today. Decided to take a chance and ordered their chipotle chicken cheeseteak (#42) and added jalapenos! it was DEEEEELISH!! i may have a new favorite hahaha! well maybe for the colder months ;) I did ot take any pics, sorry. The meat was so flavorful and warm and the cheese perfectly melted and over all DELICIOUS! Highly reccomend!!!!
also got the spicy dill pickle chips....YUMMMM!!!

The food here are great! This is my fav sandwich place. This location is always so fast, even when there’s a line. The staff and management here are always so friendly and accommodating.

I assume Kenneth is the manager or shift supervisor. Whoever he is the man is a multitasking savant. The guy is very aware of every station and knows exactly what he and everyone else is doing. He’s very attentive to detail and makes sure every request you have gets taken care of. All the crew work extremely hard as well just like their manager. Subs are always consistent and delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this location. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We went in because of the advertising of gluten free options... thought we wld try it.
I am not easily impressed. Holy moly! Great customer service! The GF bread was tasty... the meat moist and tender. It was quite the drive for us to get a sandwich... and I can say... we'll make the drive again!

Consistently the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. The staff and service are always friendly. The manager (at least I think it's the manager or shift manager) runs a tight ship and is active on the line keeping wait times to a minimum and motivating his crew. The sandwiches are delicious and the cheesesteaks are about as close to authentic as you can get in Omaha. Will always recommend this place.

Kenneth made our sandwiches and rang us up. He was so efficient and fast but still provided great customer service. There were other employees in the back but he was killing it out front, they can't hold a candle to him!

First time I had a sandwich from here my son ordered a delivery, so I decided I was going to go a second time and eat there! Although the gal that took my order misunderstood my request for a gluten-free bun, they quickly fixed it and even gave me a gluten-free cookie! Thank you! Your customer service was excellent! Restaurant clean & everyone was super busy yet my sandwich was hot & fresh! Highly recommend getting sandwiches here! Yummo! I ordered #42 Chipotle chicken

Best time I had getting a sandwich. The guys in the line were having a good time and had me involved with the fun. It was a good time with them and the teasing. It was a great time. I would for sure recommend to friends for a great sandwich.
