I recently dined at Stokin Goat in Omaha, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! We kicked off our meal with the honey-dipped goat balls, which were a unique and delightful appetizer. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it set the tone for an amazing meal. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Garlic Shrimp Risotto and Wild Mushroom Gnocchi. Both dishes were absolute winners. The Garlic Shrimp Risotto was creamy and packed with flavor, while the Wild Mushroom Gnocchi was a comforting, earthy delight. The ambiance at Stokin Goat was fantastic, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Stokin Goat is a must-visit in Omaha for its innovative and delicious cuisine, wonderful ambiance, and top-notch service. We can't wait to return!

Great place. Very laid back classy vibes. The food was amazing. The goat balls and risotto are a must-try! The services could have been a little better our waitresses just seemed kind of out of it. But the food was seriously fantastic. Happy hour is great also. I'll be back!

What a great place for food and frivolity. The menu, both food and drinks, can satisfy a lot of wants. Mar was a great server and made sure we received great service. I (we) definitely want to return soon for happy hour. 🍸🍷😀

Overall a good experience. We ordered the mussels, goat balls, shrimp scampi, and fried brie. Our favorite were the mussels with the creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce. We had a reservation at 8 and it wasn't terribly busy but we felt rushed to order as they stop cooking at 9. Now that we know we will plan accordingly in the future.

My wife and I had lunch here for our anniversary. They were busy but quite friendly and helped us with questions about what to order on our first visit. The server even asked the kitchen about a custom request we had which was very helpful. Food was delicious. We have already been back once and will do so again.

We loved this place! We reserved a table ahead of time and I was a bit nervous we wouldn’t have it by the reservation time. The place is bustling around 6PM. We were seated on time, the service was a little slow due to the robust crowd there, but the waiter was very friendly. We ordered the pepper fillet, fried Brie, lamb shank, and bread pudding along with beer and cocktails! It was all SO delicious, the fillet came with perfectly cooked asparagus. My spouse said the potatoes and the lamb were to die for! And the dessert was fantastic. Although it was tricky to flag down the waiter at times (because it was so busy), the food and atmosphere were amazing! We can’t wait to go back! Great place!

Had a gift card so went here with the wife. My first time here and probably her 3rd. She has been for happy hour appetizers and cocktails with coworkers. There was a 30 minute wait but we found a spot at the bar. Service was great! The brie appetizer was very good. The wife got a chicken salad and enjoyed it. I had the duck. As it was very delicious it was a little over cooked. Not enough to complain. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time at Stokin Goat. Nice atmosphere, causal dress which is nice, service was good. I order an Bloody Mary was good. Appetizer Rum Jerk wings(Pretty good, but hubby didn't enjoy them), Greek salad(I really enjoyed. You got a olive, tomato, and feta with each bite), and main course Garlic Shrimp Risotto(I added the asparagus. I think it was a good risotto being it was my 1st time having it.)

Beautiful setting, cute name, it looks like a nice place to have a drink. (We didn't order any drinks tonight though) I appreciate you can park either in the front or the back. It's in a medium size shared parking lot. Fried Brie 4 stars It's pretty standard, though the outside is quite nice and crispy. It cooled off pretty fast. Crispy branzino 3 stars The couscous was delicious, but this fish was a definite skip for me. Not crispy and very bland. The accompaniments were much better than the main dish which is why a 3 and not a 2. Peppered filet 3 stars We found it lacking in flavor. We did speak to our server who informed us that they do not add a lot of salt to their food. Crispy duck 5 stars Lightly crispy and flavorful (no salt missing here, but also not salty. The risotto was also very well balanced. We found the two main meats missing salt whereas the third was fine. Our server explained, as I said in the peppered filet notes that they do not salt their food very much. I would recommend they have salt and pepper on the table (we were sitting in the patio area) or offer it to the client when serving up these dishes. Service started off strong but when we told them about the issues the initial response was a bit defensive. Later someone else came and assured us they would like into it and take our feedback into consideration. Had it been left with the initial response I might have given this a 3 because I would not want to deal with a restaurant that cannot take feedback, but they did seem to listen to us after and hopefully will make some changes. I look forward to returning at some point to see if they do. I also ordered a Caprese salad too go. 4 stars The balsamic dressing was excellent. There were no napkins, forks or anything to eat it with however. I'm not sure if that's standard or you need to ask for it, but if you are grabbing a lunch to go and not eat at your home, you might want to be prepared and have these items or else skip this place.

I like most of this restaurants groups businesses so I was excited to try Stokin Goat out. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Really enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and their food + drink selections. They have a ton of good appetizers that you must try.
