Nice spot for a quick lunch. Here for a conference and the service was fast friendly and helpful. Clean restaurant… from dining area to bathroom to kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.

The steak was the driest thing ever!! I don't think a nuclear weapon could dry out the steak more than it was..
I also paid for extra cheese and didn't get that.

1st time. Enjoyed the whole atmosphere. My cashier, so helpful, patient, suggested different items and BEST of all she was so friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service 😀

While the food was great, this location lacked the atmosphere that you find at the Pepper Jax locations where they cook the food right in front of you.

The newer location at 72nd Dodge St. is the bomb!!! Excellent customer service and great preparation of your food!!! Clean atmosphere as well! I live way north and will make the drive for that reason!!! And if they forget something in my order, the manager will make it right!!!😉☺️👏🏾👏🏾🫶🏿

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a question of how may I help you today! Shane the manager was super helpful assisting the man at the front register. Chantz. Both of them were pleasant to talk to and keep a conversation with! I got my food fresh and in a timely manner!! Thanks pepper Jax!!

I read really bad reviews about this place. The reviews said the food was great but the service was zero stars. And wait times were long. I decided to check it out. Walking in I noticed that they had a self order kiosk. So I started with that. The gentleman behind the counter said he would gladly take our order if we wanted. But we thanked him and continued with the kiosk. It was quick and easy. We then sat down. And with in about 5 minutes they brought our food to the table. So that was an extra plus. Then halfway through the meal. The person that ran the drive thru came to our table and asked us if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Also a plus. As for the food. It was one of the best steak n cheese I have had. The bread was very soft. And there was real cheese and not cheese wiz. A must have if your a steak n cheese fan.

Food was amazing. The service was great they asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Steak and cheese was delicious bread was extremely soft and toasted just the right amount. We are going back home to Va and found this in Nebraska. If you happen to come this way or found one on your journey I recommend stopping in, we didn't try anything else but the menu has a ton of choices for anyone in my opinion
