Me and my wife came in tonight and honestly had a great experience. The customer service and friendliness of the staff here were exceptional. We were helped my Joe and Myitia (sorry if it’s not spelled correctly), who were a pleasure to have come in contact with. Very friendly staff the only thing is that it could be cleaned a little better the floor is very slick I almost fell but other than that I recommend stopping by!

I've been to PepperJax in the Old Market about five times. Today I stopped in for a Steak Bowl. The cook seemed to get a bit confused when I asked for no onions and then proceeded to put way too many peppers in the mix. When I sat down and began eating my first bite was all peppers. it was way too hot and overpower the flavor of the dish. I do like a little bit of spicy Heat but this was extreme. I picked thru and removed all the peppers and it turned out to be quite tasty. An observation I noticed the employee demographics are quite different here than the west Omaha location. Here it seems to mainly men with long hair and beards. With the food preparers having so much hair I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of my food. Anyway. Overall it was a good lunch meal. We have never been here before. The man cooking seemed a bit irritated that people kept coming in and didn't seem to want to be there. The cashier was wonderful and polite, which made up for the overall vibe. The food was very good. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fries. Everything was good. We took our food to go, but we would definitely order here again.

I love Pepper Jax's, wish they had one in AZ. My daughter was with me this trip back home, so we had to stop! It was pretty empty the day we went, no condiments out so this experience was a little different then I'm use to.

Amazing staff, been here for the last year and every time it’s the same crew. Nice friendly and professional, obviously ran by a great manager that is usually on the line. I’ve been to plenty of pepperjax and this location is always my favorite for quality of service and food.

There was a little bit of a line but it didn't take too long. My food was amazing. I asked for light onion and extra mushrooms and that's exactly what I got. I had a rice bowl with shrimp and all the amazing toppings. Sign up for the rewards and you'll get an email for a free meal once a year the week of your birthday.

We ordered two rice blows. One chicken, one steak. Now they even have guacamole to top it off with. Plus, we ordered a large French fry. So yummy! And the customer service was great!

Ordered one of their Shrimp Rice Bowl to go and it didn’t disappoint. Rice was seasoned well and so was the shrimp. Another reason this is one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch or dinner.
