Shucks Fish House & Oyster Bar - Omaha - Photo album

Easily the best jambalaya I've ever had. A bit more spice would have been great, but I get that they have to cook for the masses. Some Louisiana hot sauce did the trick. And the "Shucks puppies".....also incredible. Less doughy (yes, that's a word), but incredibly good! I'll absolutely be back!
Had such a lovely night out. Oysterfest was totally worth the 90min drive. Had a seafood feast for only $80 by combining the Oysterfest prices with happy hour prices at Shucks Fish House & Oyster Bar. Cup of oyster stew, 1lb peel and eat shrimp, clam strips, 1doz Harbor House oysters from Delaware,

The fresh oysters were so good this visit. They are always fresh but the flavor was delightful. We also had a bowl of gumbo. Perfect side to add to the oysters. The staff is friendly and helpful .
Terrific food, fair prices, and a surprisingly extensive list of gluten-free options including beer, cider, and even a variety of fried foods. The quality of the fish is impressive. My $1 happy hour oysters were larger and fresher than most I’ve eaten for full price. And this gluten free fried walle
