Mahogany Prime Steakhouse

Food is lovely. Atmosphere is very nice, especially for a romantic evening out. Me and my wife came for my birthday dinner and had a great time. However, this isn't a restaurant I will come back too often just because of the price. For me and my wife it cost us $240 for 2 entree, 2 appetizers and a shared dessert. That being said all the food was phenomenal and servings were very large to the point of us needing to take about half of it home with us. I will also say that it also has the best steak I've had so far in Omaha, blowing places like Brother Sebastian's out of the water. It's just that the price is so high that I'm not certain its worth the cost. Save this place for special occasions or to impress clients.

We made reservations for an anniversary dinner at the end of a long driving vacation. The dinner was fantastic and the service was equally stellar. The restaurant was nearly full, yet the wait staff made us feel like we were the only patrons. Their attention to the customer, in itself, was a very appreciated detail. The price was slightly less than Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse but the quality of meal was on par or better. I highly recommend you experience a meal at Mahogany.

Absolutely fantastic experience. If you are looking for excellent food and waitstaff that are amazing, this is the place. Everyone was so wonderful, all the way down to shimming the table so it didn’t wiggle. Food was absolutely to die for. Steaks so tender you can cut with a spoon. Sides were delicious and plentiful. Lobster cargot was excellent, French onion soup was simply perfect. Off menu desserts were well plated and melt in your mouth. Worth every penny.

We had a great experience here with a large party. All of the food was excellent, no one in the group was disappointed. The wine list and their old fashioned were awesome. There were multiple servers that stayed on top of every detail throughout the evening. Definitely delivered what I would expect from a high end steak restaurant.

Best steak I've ever had and I ordered their cheapest option 🤣. I never once had an empty glass. The servers we had were very nice and explained all of our options. We will be going again for some of their pricier options once my bonus check comes in. The lobster cargot we had was amazing. My favorite part is the food being served on a hot plate. Totally worth your hard earned dollar! This dinner made our 5 year anniversary extra special.
