Stopped in to celebrate anniversary dinner. Ordered the meatballs appetizer, funghi Bianco pizza entree, and wood fired Brussels sprouts side, and gelato flight for dessert. All were quite delicious, though the Brussels sprouts were a touch under salted for my taste, unless you got a bite with the bacon pieces. The wine selection was broad. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and informative. It was a touch loud given the open atmosphere, so if you're looking for a more intimate place, maybe go when it's less crowded. Definitely recommend!

Four stars for good food, nice atmosphere, and great service. All of the dishes were good, but missing some flavor depth on the chicken and gnocchi dish (this dish was pretty bland), as well as the ricotta gnocchi (also bland and a little dry). The brussels were perfect. The pork belly app was nice.

Amazing food and great service. We stopped in for an early Friday dinner and were immediately seated on the patio. We started with the House Ricotta & Honey Comb. It was fantastic. The ricotta was light and fluffy with a hint of lemon. It was a great flavor combination with the accompanying tigelle bread, local honey comb and bacon jam. For dinner I ordered the house made Squid ink Taglierini. It was tossed in a calabrian chili sauce with bottarga and jonah crab. The flavor was excellent- very fresh and unique. My husband had the Rigatoni Bolognese with added burrata and it was delicious as well. Everything about our meal was excellent. We’ll definitely be back soon!

If you have never been to Dante yet then this should be your next dinner spot. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Omaha hands down. The bolognese, which is the true test for an Italian - is incredible. Every pizza I have tried so far is unique and so incredible. My favorite is the spicy one.
If you like oil and bread, order quick bread and use the orange pepper oil and the olive oil they give you to dip the bread. I like to add a sprinkle of Parmesan to the plate as well to give it even more flavor. Order this when you order your appetizers and enjoy together.
My husband ordered the zucchini chips which was not my choice because it would rather try something more exciting but he loved them.
I cannot stress this enough but every time I have been the staff has been exceptional. They are so friendly and personable with great recommendations for what to order.
If you leave without trying dessert you have truly missed out. Try the butterscotch budino 🤤 the gelato is also just incredible. You really can’t go wrong here!

Incredible pizza, salad and drinks.Outstanding service by Marcus. Adam the mgr is on top of every single detail. Had an event here and it was a dream come true. We have dined here for years and it is always consistent with the highest quality ingredients that shows in the product. I am a pain in the neck diner and every time I ask for something the response is “ consider it done”. Nick is a lucky guy to have Adam at the helm and Marcus as a server!!!!!

Super fancy, super good food, super service, super atmosphere. Also super high pricing and super tiny portions so caution your wallet first. We spent $180ish for 4 people... and 2 of us were still kinda hungry when we left.

Stopped into Dante today for a late lunch/early dinner. Pretty much the between time. We had the place to ourselves which was nice.
Meatballs 4.5 stars
Tagliatelle pork sugo 5 stars
Truffle pasta 5 stars
Lunch special 4 stars.
I will say their sauces are excellent. It definitely fits my preference for flavor profile.
You could smell how aromatic the truffles were as he was bringing them out before he even shaved them. Would recommend this dish when it's available.
Personally I'm not as much of a meatball person, but my chef friend thought the flavouring was done very well. Again the sauce hit the right notes for me.
The salad today wasn't as bright as I remembered it from past visits.
The flatbread was very good, but the diavolo wouldn't be my first choice. I let the server and my friend choose. I probably should have ordered a different one, I've had other ones which I know I prefer but I forgot to note them. There was an issue though where the bottom of the flat bread was soggy from oil or liquid of some sort. It was minor though so we did not bring it up at the time. That's why it gets a 4 instead of a 5 today.
The boudino we did for dessert. This is a bit too sweet for me but perfect for those with a sweet tooth. I often order it for my friends who I know love their sweets. They devour it up.
Service was very attentive today. We were the only table there for awhile but as 4pm hit you could see them gearing up for dinner as more diners started wandering in. It was a nice relaxing experience.

Everything we ordered was delicious! From the zucchini chips to that bison tomahawk. The service throughout the entire visit was above and beyond what we've all experienced in recent times.
Special thanks to the wine sommelier/GM Adam Weber. The wine class/tasting prior to dinner was excellent and the wines selected for dinner just added to the experience.
I would definitely recommend and return.

Went here with a group from work. We showed up right as they opened, but they were able to seat us and serve us immediately.
We had the Brussels sprouts and ricotta and jam with bread starters. They were both pretty good, nothing amazing though.
Great choices of thin crust, old-school Italian pizzas with slightly charred crust. I had really high hopes here, but was a little underwhelmed when I picked up the first piece of my "Giuseppe" pizza with roasted peppers and the first half of the slice plopped onto the plate from the flaccid soggy point. The crust was quite soggy in the middle despite the beautiful charring on the outside. I asked the others and their White Sauce and Potato and Diavolo pizzas were the same way. Maybe they are supposed to be like that? I wasn't a really a fan of the style. Still, good ingredients and recipies!

Dante is one of our favorite pasta places in West Omaha. Upscale atmosphere with a menu that changes daily. The pasta is handmade. Last night we got squid ink taglierini pasta in a chili sauce with crab meat and tagliatelle Sunday Ragu in a wine sauce. Fantastic. The creme brulee and Pumpkin Cheesecake were excellent.

I want to first and most importantly say- this place is unlike any other dining experience I’ve ever had. I was on vacation and ended up eating here twice in the same day because I had such an amazing experience. The lunch menu is amazing and so unique, the staff is personable and will accommodate you with menu questions and suggestions, and the ambiance is beautiful and comfortable both day and night.
I was so happy with my lunch experience with our server, Abraham, that I had to come back for dinner. Abraham personally booked us a special menu selection for dinner after a discussion about their dinner menu and how I loved my time here.
At dinner, I was just as surprised and amazed.
I am not exaggerating when I say this: I can confidently say the best steak I have ever had was here.
Another fact I really enjoy about DANTE is everything is farm to table. My beautiful steak grew up about 100 mi away and never left Nebraska. Everything is made by the staff, which I love. I find it amazing that the head chef and the staff work so diligently to present inventive and astronomical quality food with all local produce and product, even the strawberries on the cheesecake are local. They spare no expense on providing their patrons the best and freshest produce Nebraska has to offer. Another of my favorite things you need to try- it’s simple but their lemonade is made by hand, and it again, will probably be the best lemonade you’ll ever have. I, a month and some change later, am still daydreaming about my time spent with the amazing people that make up the staff of DANTE.
I implore you to take friends, family, and colleagues here for an experience you’ll never forget. The only regrets I have here is not being able to have the ravioli in full (I got a sample and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD, you have to try it) and not being able to get the course meal (I left before it became available and legitimately thought about coming back just for it).
I felt like I got absolutely spoiled by everyone that served us that day and I witnessed them treat everyone else just as indulgently. When you come to DANTE they will do anything within their ability to create an unforgettable experience unique to you and your party.
I love the energy and values this place holds. Please give it a chance and make it your favorite. You will find a second home here.

Went to Dante on a Thursday night and the place was packed. They were already sold out of one of their half priced bottles of wine. The food was all very good. Had the ricotta with honey to start. The Giuseppe pizza had a great crust. Also ordered a carbonara and a smoked bison pasta. The pasta was perfectly Al dente but would have preferred a little more sauce on the carbonara. Overall service was good but not exceptional.

First time going to DANTE. It was very nice for there to be a "first come, first serve" area where the people like me, would never know to call ahead and reserve spots. I feel this type of place gets the repeat customers, but not necessarily all the best customers, as it felt "classy-older". The food was great, however, expensive. Easily a $100 evening for 2 hungry adults if you get an appetizer and pizza.

Ah-mazing!!! We had reservations for 630 and got their early and they were able to seat us right away. The waitress was great and was able to select a great wine! Dinner was fabulous! All the food was great and dessert was almost too beautiful to eat...almost. Definitely worth the money!
