Friendly and helpful staff. Had a Filet of Fish sandwich, which they had to prepare individually because none were ready; they were prompt and had me ready to go in no time.

This McD's has improved service-wise but it is a busy McD's so it takes patience to get through the line which has two lanes in a small lot.
I had a Big Mac and the freshness was OK but the second patty was only a half patty which was weird and found too late (not worth going back to the store). The food can be inconsistent here. And note: the large fry order is a large container but often seems to have only a medium amount of fries in it...this is a consistent issue that I hope will improve. (Seems like a given with a lot of fast food restaurants including our Olney Chick-Fil-A.)
All in all, the Olney residents appreciate having a McDonald's in town and go here often so maybe it is just me and my family that have had inconsistent meals over time.

The food is mc Donald's, what you'd get at every place. The restaurant interior is not bad for most McDonald's I've been to, and the service isn't terrible. I hope the workers can Make a better effort to understanding what customers order at the drive thru at some point in the future.

Not only was it efficient but they have a good cook and manager! The egg on my egg McMuffin wasn't over cooked and the hash browns were actually crispy not flacid! Well done McDonald's

Okay seriously, I showed up at the Olney McDonald's on a Monday at 12pm because the Clarksville location was not open. The Olney location is open 24/7. I was picking my wife up at BWI and live by the rule of "ABC" always bring cheeseburgers. The staff was amazing and burgers were great! Keep making fresh food please!!!!
