I had the best experience ever at this location because of Diamond. I've been coming here for years and never had this level of customer service. Hire more people like her!! I will definitely be back. Thank you Diamond!!

Great friendly service. Ice cream is great too. Check hours because Google is wrong. I think most night they close around 9 or 10 depending on the night. Not 8pm.

The ice cream is always delicious, and the staff is always nice. Last night they were exceptionally great, and the kind lady made the most delicious bowls. My son's favorite is cake batter with Oreo mix-in. He's on to something.

Hailey (or Halsey?) one of the workers at this Cold stone was so sweet in that she really helped me out today!! It was my birthday so I ordered an ice cream cake online, but when I got to the store something had happened and the store didn't receive my order. They tried calling their boss, but there was no answer, and there was no way for them to be sure the money was transferred. But, she told me that I could take one of the cakes from the pre-made freezer that matched what I ordered and then took pictures of the receipt I had on my phone. She said that if things didn't work out that she would take the fall for it. She was so amazing and kind that I would be really upset if she was punished for this! I hope all goes well and people know that the employees have great customer service!

Great staff and definite 5 star ice cream. I recommend the Apple Pie A La Cold Stone. Only reason for lack of 5th star is minimal and somewhat cramped seating. I know that's par for the course for ice cream shops but it's still a slight turn off. Baskin Robbins seems to always have more seating so it can't be economically unfeasible. But again, stellar product and service!

Open in November for ice cream? Awesome. Just what you want with all the toppings. Conscientious service and not busy this time of year. When the kids deserve a treat it's nice not to pull up and have it closed.

The cold stone creamery will probably be one of the best places to get ice cream. They have so many varieties and such good, strong, & valuable flavors! They have awesome toppings! I recommend going to this place because it'll probably be one of the best ice cream places to go during the summer or on a piping hot day! I got a cake batter ice cream!

Good ice cream and friendly service. Can take a long time if the line is long. Also has an nice patio outside to sit and eat, although there aren't that many chairs/tables.
