Best Pizza I ever tasted. It’s all about the crust. Somehow they have made it possible to have a thin, wood fired crust with the perfect combination of crunchiness and chewiness. The crust has a rustic flavor more consistent with an artesian bread than pizza dough. Unlike any other pizza, it left me wanting more crust. The amount of sauce and toppings were perfect to allow the crust to support itself which is no small feat for a wood-fired pie. I needed to travel 2 hours with a pie so the owner par-cooked the pizzas and had me finish them at home so it wouldn’t taste like leftovers. I preheated a pizza stone at 500 for 45 minutes before finishing the pies for 6 minutes. All I can say it that it was amazing! They are just a little hole in the wall but truly worth finding.

The best pizza I've had (thin crust/ NY style). This guy is passionate and works hard to make his dough just right, and you can tell. It's a little chewy, crispy-- just really good. The brick oven baking method (with hardwoods no less) only adds to it. It's a bit more expensive than some other places but you are getting a genuinely quality pizza out of it. The location may be confusing but once you find it (tucked in behind the video store) it's totally worth it. I love that I am supporting a local artisan and getting a great pizza out of the deal!

Pizza was thin crust (we prefer thicker), but was crisp AND chewy, and good flavor. The owner, who apparently lives next door, came right over and was friendly and talkative as he made the pizza in front of us. Location is a bit odd as it's behind family video AND a house on the adjoining street. It's unclear where to park, so we just parked at family video and walked. There is no dining room to speak of, but maybe that'll change as it grows. Overall, yummy food, friendly, quick service.

Ordered a 16 inch pepperoni and cheese pizza. Was 16 bucks. Okay. And wanted a dozen wings but didn't know if be paying 10 bucks per six big chicken wings I would if only ordered 6 wings. Got ripped off. And the food wasn't that great. Had it other times cold but this time got it fresh and wasn't that impressed. Rather stick with napolis or other surrounding pizza shops. Not paying that kind if money paid nearly 40 bucks. Could of gotten a party tray if pizza and 2 dozen wings for that price

This pizza was great! The crust is a thinner style and comes out with an authentic wood fired flavor. I always order my pizzas with extra sauce and I was very glad I did this time because it seemed to then be on par with a standard level of sauce on typical chain pizzas. The pepperoni reminded me very much of Linguiça and was phenomenal. I'll admit: it was a little odd to walk into someone's backyard to pick up my takeout. Once you're there however, you'll find the separate garage to be a professional pizza kitchen and full takeout establishment! This local gem is located behind Family Video and is accessible from either their parking lot or directly from the front on 14th Street. Call in advance or walk in to order, either way I doubt you'll regret it!
