Dunkin'

Tuesday 06/07/2022 visited this Dunkin Donuts Store, to try the new Mango 🥭 Pineapple🎍 Dunkin Refresher. I ordered a large, made with Coconut 🥥 Milk 🥛. The drink was absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I could taste all the ingredients, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk which even gave off a Coconut aroma! Valerie provided great customer service! Highly Recommend.

Went to this location and asked for 2 boxes of donut holes. The lady taking my order asked if I wanted a dozen or a half dozen. While I don’t regularly go to Dunkin’ Donuts I was thinking that donut holes were not sold in the one quantiles. I took a second and scanned the menu board to see what quantity I should ask for, for a whole box, and the cashier sarcastically explained that a half dozen is 6 donuts. And a dozen donuts is 12 donuts. I was the only person in the store, so I wasn’t holding up the line. Now I remember why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Employees are absolutely cluelessness and rude. Only nice guy is the young man with the tattoos. He’s always sweet, however all of the females working here have bad attitudes and should really be working somewhere else. Didnt want to make my order because it was too ‘complicated’. 1 drink. Would not recommend this Dunkin, everyone acts like children and everything tastes horrible. Especially the coffees

Very Bad experience. They were out of stuff, but that wasn't the problem. We have been running into a lot of bad experiences in fast food because of incompetence. The employees mess up orders, you have to tell them over and over again and they are getting away with it is the real problem. Please retrain your Saturday crew in this location and/or replace the management.

Today I went there and asked for a croissant and they told me that it will be an hour and a half to make me a croissant. An hour and a half? Please. They’re just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs that they’re being paid to do. The store is notorious for being out of things or they’re just too lazy to make them. They never have any bananas either for their banana split. I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and I’m shocked that they’re still in business. Hire some real employees! I wish somebody would do something about it as opposed to ignoring the problems at the store. I like Duncan food, but I don’t like the poor service.

If you plan on coming here take a vacation day, this place is so slow. Waited at the drive thru for 2 minutes before someone answered. Ordered 2 coffees and it took them 15 minutes to make them. They can only handle one person at a time. Had 4 cars that were behind me order and leave before I got my coffee.
