Baskin-robbins

I just went through the drive thru to order a milk shake and they informed me the machine was down. I questioned what they ment and they told me they are defrosting the ice cream dipping cabinet and told me they couldnt make it. I told them they could still make the milkshake regardless of they were defrosting the machine. They continued to say the ice cream would be too hard to scoop. I said they could use hot water with the scoop as I was a previous cake Decorator at this specific store and informed them its still possible to make a shake even if the cabinet was defrosting. The employees were straight up being lazy as there were absolutely no one else in line inside or in the drive through! I am so disappointed!!! Employees didnt care

Came here today and they were almost out of all ice cream flavors. Had to change our order 3 times to accommodate what they had in the case. They did not have the ice cream of the month nor did they have the new mango drink they were advertising. I personally ordered a smoothie and they said they could not make smoothies right now. After my family and I had sat down the workers were screaming at each other and throwing things around the building. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Would not recommend coming here

My husband just returned home with a double scoop of ice cream in a single cup. The female who scooped it must have used the kids scoop for what was supposed to be two adult sized scoops. Via phone, a female proceeded to tell me each scoop is supposed to be an inch & 1/2 of ice cream which is something I’ve 1) never been told and 2) have never seen such small scoop sizes. Each scoop literally amounted to 3 spoonfuls of ice cream. If you’re too busy to provide excellent service and the appropriate amount of ice cream for the money paid, please call someone else in to fill your shift. Please do better than this.

Tried to order a hot fudge sundae through drive thru and was told they don’t have the stuff for sundaes, they don’t know why it’s still on the menu. Okay second choice is chocolate shake. No they don’t have chocolate icecream. If you want to get out of the icecream business and just be a Dunkin that’s fine take the signs down. And if you still want to be I. The icecream business.. this really isn’t how you do it.

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. This Baskin Robbins has been bad the last couple of times we have been there. They only had one case of ice cream - all of which were scraping the bottom of the barrel. We waited a while to get waited on turn when I asked for one scoop the girl behind the counter didn’t even know what a cake cone was. I showed her and she gave me a cone with about a 1/3 scoop of ice cream. At that point I just said never mind. Geez. So disappointing.
