Subway

Leo needs to be promoted. He made us the best sandwiches I've ever had at Subway. He also was very calm and worked with his co-workers respectfully when it was getting really busy. He placed all the ingredients in the sandwiches carefully and made sure to spread everything out evenly. Labeled all sandwiches for us. Separated the veggie patty as a courtesy. Just great service!

Went thru drive thru. They have a new touch screen menu which is nice but I can't help to think about how many people touch the screen and how often it is sanitized. They may do it often but I still feel uneasy about it. Not sure about a solution to that. The service was top notch, the csr was very nice, and the sandwiches were made very well.

One worker sat outside on her phone and two others were in the back washing dishes. Nobody helped us for 20 minutes. We had to yell to the back finally to get service. They didn’t know what they were doing and made us the worst food we’ve ever had scraping wilted veggies out of the bottom of empty bins. Never going there again.

Was here last month.. ordered through the drive through. There were other cars in front and behind me. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for car in front of me to get their order.others were getting annoyed bc you can’t go anywhere in drive through as all sides are blocked. I pulled up after person in front of me finally got their order. and sat there fir a few minutes and finally someone came up to the window and asked me to pull out front and come in bc they were having issues.. why didn’t you come out and tell customers that the drive through was down?? You all want $15 an hour yet you have no common sense. No one in Floriduh has any.. never going back to that location..

Been going to the subway for years through the drive-thru. New technology keeps me from using the drive-thru with my disability. You have to push a call button or touch the touch screen that they have added in the drive-thru and I can't reach them. Went to the window. No one was there. Had to get out and go inside. I first looked for a phone number before I got out and couldn't find one for this location. I wrote to the company about the issue. Haven't heard back yet
